Stayed there for 3 nights in mid-Nov. Location is excellent. Close to Spanish Steps, Spagna metro stop and shopping district. We walked to Trevi Fountain in one early morning. Took us 15 minutes only. We also walked around at night and felt pretty safe. We noticed that there were policemen on-duty around the Spanish Steps area all the time. It's good for tourists. Definitely will stay there again if we visit Rome again.
