We stayed at Parioli House at the end of Sept 2015 for a conference. The location was wonderful! It is located in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and away from the all of the tourists present in the central part of Rome. It has very easy access to the bus (#223) and can also be accessed via Euclid train station, which connects to the metro and Termini Station.
The house is quiet because it is located in the center of a larger apartment/condo complex.
Emmaneula was accommodating when we messed up the reservation and allowed us to rebook without any difficulty.
The price is outstanding for the size and the fact that it sleeps 4 people and has a kitchen.
The sheets on the twins beds were dirty. Those beds were much more comfortable so we moved the sheets from the other bed over and slept well.
While there, we realized we needed another set of keys. I texted the owner who had been responsive by text prior to that, but never heard back from her re: this request.

Parioli House is a detached building in the middle of a gated apartment block. It is great for children as there are no noise issues from neighbours or for neighbours!
Parioli is a great area full of local people and local families. It felt far away from the craziness of touristy Rome but is only 15 - 20 mins away from this area in the regular 217 bus. Parioli is close to a fantastic huge park with lots to do for children including a brilliant zoo and petit train.
The restaurants and delis in parioli are great with good food at reasonable prices.
Emanuela, the owner also deserves a mention for being so helpful. She sent lots of helpful maps and info before our arrival and greeted us when we arrived.
