First time here. Booked based on reviews and did not disappoint-- the location...the staff!!!! very resourceful with advice on restaurants and places to visit. Great experience overall!!! Would recommend to anyone & stay here in a heartbeat!!!! The room was great! Private balcony! Beautiful bed & bathroom.

We arrived early at Hearth Hotel and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, check in was very quick and efficient and the receptionist allowed us to check in to our room early which was very kind. She was so helpful and gave us a map to explain where everything was and how we could get there, etc.

I travelled with two friends and we stayed in the Junior Suite which was a very beautiful room and cleaned to perfection! It is a lot bigger than most hotel rooms too. The room was beautifully furnished and had lovely large windows and high ceilings. You can also see the queue for the Vatican from outside the window.

Location was perfect and could not be faulted - we walked everywhere and did not use any public transport other than the occasional taxi but we visited all attractions and sightseeing by walking!

There was plenty of choice to suit everyone at the breakfast and again the staff were very helpful and provided an excellent service.

Overall, I cannot fault our stay at Hearth Hotel, the staff were so friendly and I look forward to returning already.

Stayed for 6 nights in February.
Good first impression - very cheerful, friendly welcome and easy to find.
Lovely sized, immaculately clean room and en-suite.
The staff are fantastic - knowledgeable about their city and proud of it.
Breakfast is plentiful and good.
The hotel is just by the Vatican Museum, about 5 minutes walk to the Basilica and about half an hours walk into the city (Pantheon area). The Metro is 5 minutes away, and the train station of Roma St Pietro about 10 minutes walk.
Visiting again in May and am returning to the Hearth Hotel - and looking forward to it!

Since our last stay little has changed at the Hearth. It remains friendly, welcoming and comfortable. Maintenance is obviously good as the hotel hadn't "aged" at all since our last visit. This was our first winter visit and the hotel was warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were happy to make tea for us when I padded downstairs at 05:30!
Really enjoyed the neighbourhood this time - obviously quitter in December, but a nice feeling to the area

Stayed there for three nights. Very nice hotel opposite Vatican Museum. Clean room, typical but good breakfast, beautiful location. It's biggest asset however is the kind and helpful staff! I recommend it and will visit again for sure.
