When you walk past, you hesitate to go there as there seem to be few guests- at least in our week in Trastevere. But when you do go, you are sorry you didn't choose this place before. Very nice and attentive service, good food, good wine and everything at a reasonable price. A little bit off the main walking way, sonice and quiet in this neighbourhood which can be noisy and too busy. Recommended - we went twice.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. We had no reservations, and we were wandering in Trastavere looking for something a little bit nicer than a pizza joint. We chose this one off the cuff. We were treated well, and the service was helpful. The food was good, but not the best that we had in Rome. Although I understand that you don't typically order Veal Milanese in Rome, I would still expect for the cut of meat to be of a certain quality, and this version did not hold a candle to the same dish in Milan. That's probably typical of the region, but we tried it anyway. Maybe we should have gone for pizza.

My appetizer sampler plate was very good with a variety of bite sized items. The darker it got, the more peddlers came by the outside tables, which was a little bit bothersome, but not enough to ruin the evening. We were duly warned by our waiter not to acknowledge them.

The mail waiter couldn`t be from this planet. We didn`t get any help with the meny and he was not interested at all. He was so busy and sour that we consider to go to another restaurant, but we stayed - regrets about that. The food and prices was average - better than the waiters. Very noisy place. We ate our starter and left. Stay away from this hole!!!

We were searching for something not designed for tourists..getting late in the evening, most places in Trastevere were already full..including Intingo..the kind waitress offered a table inside even though we wanted to sample the warm evening "al fresco".Judging by the menu,my instincts told me it was a kind of special ristorante and I was right. We ate very well, some typical roman dishes and a little variation from the kitchen.A great insalata di farro(spelt) and tonnarelli cacio pepe followed by fritto di calamari e gamberi, house wine at 8 euros a very decent verdicchio. All in all a nice experience with people who care about how they cook..the kind waitress, maybe owner ,even bought us limoncello as a free digestive.Next time in Trastevere will definately go back!

Had a great meal here while on a recent trip to Rome. The area is full of great restaurants but this was the best meal I had during my entire trip. Well worth a visit.
