We stayed at Campo Marzio suites for 3 nights over Easter, had a very warm welcome, received 2 piccolo bottles of Prosecco as a welcome on our pre-honeymoon as well as some chocolate Easter eggs on Easter Sunday. The rooms are trendy, clean and spacious enough for Rome. We had the choice of having breakfast in bed or in the lounge and chose the bed option every day. It was lovely. One of the best things about the hotel is its central location. No need for a car, Metro, Taxi, etc. It is quite pricey but we were promised a discount for our next stay as we are now part of the 'Campo Marzio family'.

Room
The rooms are spacious for the location and the bed is huge. Decor is new, modern and well designed. The room is very comfortable and clean, clean and spacious bathroom.

General
It's small boutique with only five rooms, so don't expect bells and whistles concierge service etc, however the reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

Just one communal area with one large table for coffee and dining with complimentary snacks and coffee, which is fine if you don;t need an area to chill out in.

The place felt informal like you were staying in someone's apartment which I liked.

Location
Excellent location for sightseeing, Colosseum 15 mins walk, Vatican city 20 mins walk, everything else (Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona) only 5 mins away. Equally close are plenty of Trattorias, Pizza places, gelato. Recommend La Rosetta by the Pantheon for excellent seafood. The main shopping street in of Old Rome is on the door step.

As it's a few mins away from the main tourist sights it's quieter than hotels right next to the attractions, which you need after a day of sightseeing.

Only thing to add is that the entrance to the hotel is a very unassuming door, take a map! Otherwise it's hard to spot, our taxi driver couldn't find it, but he dropped us off nearby, and we still managed to walk past it!

Overall
Thoroughly recommended for sightseeing based trip. Excellent rooms and service. We didn't explore beyond Old Rome so not sure how convenient it is to get to the rest of Rome.

I really call this luxury, i love it so much and it was near the cafés and restaurant. There's a Christian laboutin at the end of the street. You can go easily to the spanish steps and the shops. The street is not crowded like the piaza di spagna..

This bnb or hotel is an absolute gem centrally located in the lovely city of Rome. It’s a 5-10 minute slow walk to the Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi. A couple of minutes longer and you are at the Pantheon. 20-30 minutes away lay the Vatican and Colosseum. This establishment lies hidden on a small street located just behind the Parliament in an upscale neighborhood. It serves you all the high-end labels such as C. Louboutin, Hermes, LV amongst others just a few steps away. The room and bathroom offers a modern interior in an impeccable Italian design. The wifi worked fine as well as the air condition. Our deluxe room had a big flat screen with at least 50 channels, all in Italian though. The receptionists are very helpful and service minded. In fact, I booked the entire stay with a return transfer by mail about one month before our trip. The breakfast is complementary and we had it only once, in our room, since we usually eat our breakfast out. It was ok. As I mentioned the surrounding area seems very posh and there are quite a few nice restaurants in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn’t need a receptionist 24/7 and a restaurant or room service. We really loved this place.

Room Tip: They have one deluxe room which we really enjoyed!

It is a lovely small hotel in the city center - you can easily get to any place you want. There are nearly 6 rooms in the hotel, each of them has a name (Cleopatra, Jiulio Cesare etc). Clean rooms, a nice desighn. However the most brilliant thing in this hotel is its staff. Always friendly, always ready to help you - we have extremely positive opinion about the guys who work there! We will definately return!
P.S. Breakfast in bed was mmmmmmmm!!
