Very happy with this choice! The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful with directions and recommendations. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to most all attractions. Plenty of dinner options near.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I travel to Rome again I will be staying here!

Great location, front desk clerk during the day was very helpful with everything! Would stay again! Walking distance to forum and coliseum and plenty of places to eat close by. Rooms were very clean and modern

We decided to book this hotel for our 4 day stay in Rome, we are certainly not disappointed. This hotel's location is definitely central, within walking distance to coloseum. We took a bus right outside the hotel to the vatican city, which cost us EUR1.50 each, about 20 mins ride.

With this central location, you can practically walk to anywhere, like Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountains etc. You can laso walk to the corso area where the branded boutiques lies.

The bonus is there are 2 nice restaurants behind the hotels, one of them serve Chinese food which is cheap and good. The other restaurant that is adjacent to the Chinese restaurant serve woodgrilled pizza and their seafood spaghetti is value for $$$ for the portion and amount of seafood served.

You can really complain much about this hotel, as the rooms are spacious and contemporary. Guess the only thing that it's lacking is that the Concierge is not really friendly, else all is perfect.

We've just spend three nights at this hotel, where everything was by the book. We had a late arrival, the check-in was swift and welcoming, and during our stay the service from the reception staff was very good. The room we stayed in was big, clean and quiet. And of course the hotel is within walking distance to all the major sites.
A little to our surprise though was that the "free 24 hour coffee corner" wasn't available between 7 and 11 am (breakfast time), don't call it a 24 hour free service then!
The water in the fridge was 3 €, but you can buy and bring your own and store it in the fridge.
In our reservation also was a free entrance to the princes spa - this spa Is situated more than 3 km away from the hotel, so we skipped it. The bed was a bit to hard for our taste, but that's quite common in Italy.
Still we had a very nice stay so we'll give it a "very good"

Excellent location very close to the busy Piazza, but extremely quiet which was perfect when you need some quiet time.

Modern furnishings and very clean. Staff were helpful and caring of our needs.

Coffee and tea in the lobby plus a small lounge area to sit and chat was a good option when planning activities for the day.

Have recommended this hotel to friends visiting next month.

Very nice hotel with firendly staff. Etro amenities in the room. Very tasty coffee. Spa services available in the chain hotel near Villa Medici. Wonderful advise for a dinner in Life restaurant. You can rely on these people during your stay in Rome. Thanks again for great support.

Room Tip: Unbeatable location. It is literally in the centre of Rome. The only note lobby can be refubrished t...

I have been to Rome a few times and stayed in a couple of hotels, but Hotel Mancino 12 is really very different. The location is excellent as it is right in the middle of everything - Piazza Venezia is a minute away and everything else is not far off. It's an excellent base for exploring Rome or just relaxing and having an afternoon in. The rooms are very good and the shower is excellent.

The real highlight for me was the staff. Right from booking my stay with Stefano who was just great and who was able to get me a booking for my preferred duration. Grazie Stefano per tutto! He was also great about advice on exploring the City etc.

Thanks to Renzo as well who is really funny and helpful. Thanks also to Ferdinando for his warm welcome.

This really is an excellent hotel. A very well kept secret in the centre of Rome.

Spero di tornare!

A. Law
