My boyfriend and I spent a couple of days here in the winter. It was definitely a good choice. Walking distance from Colosseum and to a nice neighborhood. The staff is extremely nice, very very helpful and kind. They might not speak the best english but you don't need that in Rome. You need a cosy place run by serious people with a smile on their faces. Maybe the breakfast could be fancier although you do get anything you need, yogurt musli juices tea and coffee... Very clean and modern. Very nice rooms! I'd definitely recommend it to a friend (btw I'm italian!).
Thank you Inn Urbe for such a nice stay.

We only stayed at inn Urbe for one night, and we love this place. Their Beds were superbly comfortable. Rooms are modern and clean with everything you need. All rooms are equipped with flat screen tv, They have sky tv which we love as there are some english channels to choose from. There was some language problems so we used google translate in some instances, but this do not affect the great service provided.

Massimo was very helpful on the day we leave, minding our luggages until 6pm, and helped in calling for airport taxi (on a last minute request). He also called the taxi driver several times to check if he will arrive on time as we were worried that we will miss our flight.

Thanks Massimo and team for everything. Highly recommend this place!

Had a fantastic 6 days staying here, the rooms are lovely. The room was cleaned and the beds made everyday with a linen and towel change on day 3. Alessandra and her staff are friendly and although Alessandra is the best English speaker they all try, we actually interrupted their English lesson one day. Breakfast was amazing with a good choice ranging from juices, yogurts, fruit, cereal, cold meats and cheese, bread and pastries a great start to every day, during the day you can help yourself to tea, coffee and any pastries left over from breakfast. All doors are on a keypad entry system so no keys to worry about. All in all a lovely place to stay at a very reasonable price and if we ever go back to Rome we would definitely stay here again and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to friends and family.

My husband & I, son, granddaughter, her husband, and their two year old, stayed 2-6 nights in separate rooms at the Inn Urbe based on Trip Advisor ratings and we were delighted. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, modern, efficient, and clean with comfortable King size beds. Our room faced the street and the traffic noise was minimal at night. The hospitality provided by Maria and all of the staff was outstanding with everyone catering to our desires. When we arrived at the B & B from the port after our cruise a delicious brunch was waiting for us. Every morning a scrumptious spread was put out for our breakfast including meat, cheese, all kinds of pastries, juices, fruits, and an automatic coffee machine for any type of coffee, espresso, latte, or tea. Maria and the staff scheduled all of our transfers and private motoring tours at a terrific savings to us. This location is the best for walking and seeing the many sites in Rome. A stroller and porta crib were provided for my great grandson. We found the nightly rate reasonable for Rome and highly recommend Inn Urbe. We will definitely return next time we are in Rome.

We just finished a two night stay at Inn Urbe B&B. While there are numerous things my wife and I loved about this place, the best aspect was location. We spent our one full day in Rome walking around and could not have had a better "base camp". Ten minutes from the Colosseum on foot in one direction and fifteen minutes from the termini station. We had a leisurely stroll which took half of a day that included the Palatine, the Forum, Trevi Fountain and the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. An unbelievable walk through history.

Within a few blocks of the hotel are every type of food you could want to find, and many highly rated places. We ate at several of them (all based on Tripadvisor reviews) and had were in culinary heaven. No need for taxis...you can walk to find great restaurants with ease.

We stayed in Room #2 (they have a total of four) and loved it. It was not facing the street so we found peaceful rest both nights. The air conditioning worked great with a handy remote control, free internet with a laptop waiting for us in our room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom stocked with quality supplies. The other room not facing the street is #3 so that and #2 would be our first choices.

The breakfast was very good and was European in style with pastries, great coffee and fresh fruit.

The staff was perfectly friendly and accommodated all of our needs, including working with us on our early arrival and late check out. While their English was not perfect, it was infinitely better than our Italian.

The only negative mark was no fault of the hotel but our driver did have trouble finding the place because there is not sign in front of the place, rather it looks like many other buildings in the Monti area. Once we found it we had no trouble finding our way back again following our walks.

Overall I would highly recommend this B&B for anybody, but especially for people who like to explore on foot.

Room Tip: If you like quiet at night then rooms #2 or #3 are the best bet for you.

This place is modern, clean, central, well priced, has an open kitchen to help yourself, free use of a notebook and free wifi. If it had room service and a pool it would be 5 star. It really is a great place to stay for a central location. A food store Elite is down the street opposite the metro, so you can buy food, drink, toiletries etc just like you were at home.

Room Tip: Room 4 is right beside the kitchen diner so if want the convenience of the kitchen beside you then p...

I'm very picky when it comes to choosing places I sleep in, and I have to say that I absolutely loved this place! Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom amenities were also complete, they even had slippers! It's felt very personal, like having your own apartment - very comfortable, perfect to go home to after a long day of walking around Rome. Location is great, very near the Metro and 5-10 minutes walk to Colosseum. Service was superb! Everything we had asked for, Alessandra went above and beyond. She answered all our queries, those she didn't have answer to, she called local offices just to get answers for us. She even offered to book tickets for us at Borghese since we didn't know we had to book in advance even if you've got RomaPass. I also appreciated the fact that they leave coffee and bread in the dining hall all day. They even gave us a small bottle of champagne knowing that it was our honeymoon. It's these things that show how much they want their guests to feel comfortable and at home.

Highly recommend Inn Urbe!!
