I booked this hotel following comments in trip advisor and booking.com. All them were accurate and exceed my expectations. First is the location, very close to major sightseeing landmarks like Vatican, Navona Plaza, Pantheon and many churches. Then there are plenty of small restaurants and italian shops. It has quick access to bus and metro lines. Then the hotel, it is boutique hotel, that really put attention to details, the room was a Jr. Suite that was much bigger than expected, with many amenities that I enjoyed like the coffer machine. They have a good breakfast that help you start the day. They offered help to reserve tickets for the Vatican museum and that save me so much time. In general the attention and service was really really good. Finally the price was very reasonable and much lower than other hotels with similar services. Thank you,

I booked this hotel very last minute for me and my other half for 3 nights in September 2013. The hotel was very clean and although small with many rooms was clean and had good coffee making facilities. It was a 3* when we stayed, but it should have been a 4 really. Breakfast was good, nice selection of food and the location was excellent. Right between the colosseum and vatican city. Having been to Rome twice before, I know my way around a little but whenever stuck or was planning routs the staff were more than helpful to show us the quickest way. I love Rome, and upon our next visit would happily stay here again! Definitely recommended.
The only downside when we stayed was being on the second floor and the lift was broke but we're young so the exercise did us good!

Lovely modern boutique hotel in good location fairly quite for city location. Room was decorated well clean and spacious. Room cleaning good. Good selection of toiletries. Nespresso available in room. Good selection at breakfast. Staff very helpful and polite.

Room was decorated nicely for our honeymoon. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Excel Navona was pretty close to perfect for us. Quiet, comfortable beds, decent included breakfast, and friendly staff.
The restaurants and bars nearby are pretty poor (tourist traps) so be sure to walk across the river to Trastevere (about 20 minutes walk) for great food without the token Roman 'Tourist Menu'
