We had a great stay, the staffs are really helpful and friendly. It was clean and the location was great. A nice neighborhood to shop and to dine. The kitchen was free for all guests, you can make coffee, tea, they have biscuits, cereals, juice, some breakfast cheese, yogurt and fresh bread every morning.

Wifi was fast, room is always clean.

I recommend this if you're looking for a budgeted room with good service. Totally worth it! :)

Room Tip: The location is quite hidden in a compound (like at the back of some establishments), it was quite c...

We spent a weekend here, paying Euro 130 per night for a double room with breakfast.

We had a room facing the courtyard on the 5th floor. The room itself was very quiet and comfortable but because it was on the same floor as the kitchen/breakfast room, it meant we were woken every morning by other guests having breakfast. I would suggest you try to get a room on the 4th floor which should be quieter.

Having read previous reviews, we were prepared for difficulties finding the place and with the lift but it's really not complicated. Carrying a humungous key chain with four keys on it was a bit of a novelty, but hey, when in Rome...

Breakfast is not quite as stingy as previous reviewers have indicated - you just have to look around the kitchen for the various components since only the pastries/croissants are obviously displayed. Cereal, toast and jam, tomatoes, cheese, fruit, were all available as well as an espresso machine.

The owners were very friendly, helpful, and seem to work all hours .Location is great, close to Vatican and metro, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay and our only gripe was the price since in other circumstances, I would have expected to pay Euro 60-80 for such a room. But accomodation in Rome, generally, seems to be expensive so perhaps it's all comparative.

the word that best describes this place is "chaos". wifi not working, people being woken up per phone at 2:00am because somebody locked the front door and some guess were trying to get in(owner: go fix the thing finally), you have huge keys with even bigger room tag on your key chain that you surely dont want to carry around the city :) the breakfast was an assortment of chemicals. believe or not - our overall impression was however very good - the rooms must have gone through renovation as they are actually much much better than whats depicted on the photos as per october2012. Gabriella was a very nice person looking around the place, we had much fun together, she even cooked a cake for us since we fixed her wifi. the location is fantastic with roughly 500m to the heart of Vaticane. although I certainly wouldnt recommend this place to families with kids, we were on a company teambuilding and despite all the obstacles and chaotic stories we were overall very very happy with this place. the good stuff offset the negative details, so if you are young, flexible, want clean and well maintained acommodation then you should definitely go for this.

Stayed here with my sister for two nights. Room was really nice; clean, spacious and very recently renovated. It contained nice small en-suite, large TV, air conditioning and wifi. Wasn't too noisy. Owners were friendly and often around. We did have trouble opening the front door to the apartment though and it was difficult finding the exact floor in the building. Breakfast was at a cafe around the corner but it was freshly made (and better than we had had the rest of our trip) and the staff were friendly. Location was great for the Vatican or for shopping but other parts of central Rome were a 20-30 minute walk, although a metro station was 5 minutes away. Overall would definitely recommend.
