Hotel Fortyseven exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location, lovely cheerful staff, Claudia and her colleagues on reception were great and very welcoming. Room gorgeous, lovely views and quiet thanks to double-glazing and shutters. Bed very comfortable, bathroom so modern and clean. Buffet breakfast fresh and plentiful, staff so helpful. Coffee maker in room great too.

Didn't eat at rooftop restaurant but had drinks and a great view in the evening.

In short, great value and would not stay anywhere else now in Rome.

many thanks for a great visit.

Located in a marvellous part of Rome, this small hotel is simply superb. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. You can breakfast in the little courtyard every morning and the fine Circus restaurant has a great food and wine menu and rooftop views of the city.

You can walk to just about anywhere with ease from here, and it's worth exploring some of the smaller nearby streets as there are little trattorias hidden away where your companions will be locals rather than tourists.

This hotel was recommended to me by a friend.

THE GOOD:
-Very central and walking distance to shopping, cultural sight seeing areas and a short drive to fine dining restaurants. Check with from desk for suggestions.
-The staff were professional and provided unbelievable 5-star service. Alina and Claudio at reception were great. They made my stay worthwhile.
-The rooms are clean, spacious bathroom. No Pillow menu but they pretty much have adequate ones.
-Great private transportation service to and from the airport. Seamless and highly recommended.
-Good in-room dining. Good meal!
-Appreciated the late check-out.

THE NOT SO GOOD:
I had one unpleasant service experience at the Roof Top Restaurant. I voiced my opinion and trust it will never happen to anyone else.

Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Suite always....
