Wonderful stay great location

Fantastic hotel great location wonderful staff so helpful. Fabulous healthy generous breakfast. Beds very comfortable, room immaculate. Walk to Rome Termini Station. Would highly recommend as a great hotel with very friendly staff.

Excellent for families and great value for money

This hotel is centrally located. 10 minutes walk from Roma termini, 15 minutes walk to the spanish steps. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 4 persons. It had 2 single beds and one double bed. And the best part, everything was super clean. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly.

Unexpected Events

We were booked to stay at Hotel Raffaello on June 17, 2019. When we arrived we received a free upgrade and the room was beautiful. Everything was perfect. Later that evening the air conditioning was not working and they didn't have anything else available so we had to change hotels. Barbara the manager refunded our money and extended her apologies for our trouble. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome, wonderful area!

Very nice

I was happy with my room. The hotel itself is not too close to a busy Roman street. It was quiet at night. The staff was very nice and helpful to me. The only problem I found was that my room did not have a bathtub and only had a shower that was not spacious. A person of above average size might have some difficulty showering. The breakfast was not free but well worth the 8 Euros.

Great Location to see Rome

THe room was great - very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was spacious and modern, and the location was perfect! We could walk to and from the train station easily; it was convenient to the metro, and it was within walking distance of many of the sights we wanted to see. The decor was lovely, and the breakfast option, which we tried one morning, was great.

Room tip: Rooms overlooking the side street could be a bit noisy on weekends, but truthfully the noise was minimal and did not bother us at all.
