This hotel, located on a little one-way street, is just outstanding. The staff is the best-kept secret of all - wonderful, friendly, and helpful. This hotel is small and cozy, yet manages to provide guests a wonderful experience in Rome. Plus, it's only 5-minutes to the Hop-on, Hop-off bus! Restaurants and shops are located on the same street, and a small market is right next door, with wine and beer. Breakfast was an absolute delight, and it was not the same each day! I cannot say enough about this great little hotel. We'll be back! The only quirk is that elevators stop between floors, so have to carry luggage either up or down a level! Hey, it's Europe!

Room tip: Not for the handicapped, or those with heavy luggage. Great hotel, though

Arrived early morning Daniel kept our bags till 2 for room.
Excellent to walk to Coliseum Forum.
Good choice of restaurants nearby at fair prices.
Near station so can get 7 euro bus from there to airport about 45 min journey.
Hotel offered coffee all day.
Clean and friendly.
Daniel and colleague found us an Irish pub nearby to watch Masters and Tiger . Good there prices ok.
Enjoyed our visit to an amazing and historic city.

We just spent one night in this lovely little place. We used their driver to pick us up from the airport. Perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Perfect. Breakfast had plenty of variety and we enjoyed everything. Perfect. Room was comfortable with all you could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay here again.

I used the hotel’s driver service to be collected from the airport: my first trip to Rome and it didn’t disappoint. My driver met me at arrivals and was professional and courteous throughout the journey. Check in was straightforward, and clear details given with regard to hotel facilities and location of my room. Although spotlessly clean my room did have a slightly musty smell, however, after opening the window for a while it soon disappeared. The hotel is centrally situated, and most main tourist attractions are roughly 10-15 minutes away maximum, so Raffaello is a really good base if you’re wanting to explore. Breakfast was always to a good standard, and tea/coffee/cappuccinos brought directly to your table. There’s also a self service coffee/pastries area on the lower level, which is available pretty much all the time. All staff I came into contact with were friendly and courteous at all times, happy to help with any queries. Would I stay there again? Yes I would. 🙂
