If you want to stay om a quirt family hotel, so stay away from here.
The hotel is used by schools so young boys and girls hauling around early morning and late night.
if you want breakfast, you have to either get up early to get a free table, or wait untill after 9. and then hope that there are anything left.
The beds they must have got form an old military camp,

Very clean and comfortable.
But not the prettiest side of town!
Very noisy due to proximity to trains!
However my daughter and i had no trouble sleeping as trains don't run all night!
Breakfast was adequate
And overall our stay was pleasant!

Our friend had $1500 stolen from her money box in her suitcase-hopefully that's enough to turn u away but if not here's a few more reasons not to stay here:
-All of our stuff was searched through, things were not how we left them.
-There is no air-con
-the stairs are slippery & we slipped

The good things: reception stuff were super friendly, breaky was good, location is the best!!

We were surprised upon our arrival because the hotel was better we expected. A little bit too far from main attractions, but quiet neighborhood.

Like some of the other reviewers, we did a blind booking through Hotwire -- which I've now decided to never use again because of our experience at Tempio. It's in an unsafe area, the nearby train sounds like it's INSIDE your room, there is no air conditioning, no Internet, the breakfast was inedible, and the shower was just a shower head coming out of the wall next to the toilet -- there was not even a curtain. It was so bad, that even these price-sensitive travelers decided to eat the cost of the second night we'd paid for and go somewhere else.

Try the Hotel Borromeo instead, about half a mile away -- it's economical but lightyears better.

Very nice interior, clean and quiet.
Suitable for B&B trips and for city breaks.

We stayed here for a week and were rather diappointed with the hotel. the website said recently renovated but this could not have included the rooms! Our room was small, with very noisy air con and toilet flush, not to mention the bed mattress was so old that the springs were broken. The window was also cracked. It was, however very clean and there was a safe and a TV. Be warned that there is also a tram line directly next to the hotel and the trams are VERY noisy all through the night! We also had a few bad experiences with noisy guests but this was rectified by the receptionist. Breakfast was by far the worst we have ever experienced, with only a selection of two cereals, milk, bread (not toast), rolls (hard) and ham and cheese. There is a hot drinks and a juice machine. The staff only appear to clear the tables and fill up the food and plates. Because the selection of food and plates was so small, it quickly run out and the guests soon became like vultures fighting for the food.
On the plus side, the hotel is situated approx 15 mins walk on the same road as Termini, the main train station which did provide us with excellent access to the train station. Be wary of getting a taxi from the station to the hotel as we were greatly overcharged and taken on a tour of the center!
There are four great restaurants two streets away with delicious and not overpriced food.
Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel if you like your sleep and your breakfast, but if you just need to be near the station on a budget then it is probably ok.
