We spent our two first honyemoon nights in this hotel. We had booked a room in the mozart hotel and were asked to go to the vivaldi place. We said we were on honeymoon and wanted to stay at mozart but they insisted, so we went there. There is no lift in the other building. The room was not bad as such, but we felt very isolated, and while we had booked in mozart looking forward to the breakfast on the roof garden, we had to take our breakfast in the small breakfast place of the vivaldi building. Overall, we feel like we were not real guests of the hotel, they didnt recognize our honeymoon status, no glass of prosecco offered nothing, no smile when we arrived. This is not what I expect when I pay 200eur a night. It was the worst service we had from our honeymoon trip. To me this a three star hotel at max, the positive being the central location, but dont expect more.

Room Tip: Dont accept to go to vivaldi!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed staying at The Hotel Mozart. It was in an excellent location in a quiet side street but near to The Spanish Steps. There were many good local restaurants nearby. The hotel had a very pleasant roof garden with a Bar.

Excellent service provided by everyone who works there. Very helpful getting us to the airport early on our last day.
We were in the annex. A decent room. It was very quite even though there was a window overlooking the main street.
Poor wifi. Had to go to the other building.

Great location. And yes of course there r lots of hotels in Rome with great locations if price is not a factor but for the price of €476 for three nights this hotel was the best. I booked the hotel mozart classic double and we were put in a Vivaldi on the fourth floor. If you've read all the reviews u know that Vivaldi is a seperate building around the corner from the hotel. We would have preferred the hotel but the other building was fine. The hotel is quaint with a lovely seating area and roof top bar. The building they use for the Vivaldi rooms has a very unattractive entrance. The elevator didn't work the day we arrived and my husband with the bad knee had to climb to the fourth floor. At least a hotel employee carried our two bags up. Poor guy because they were heavy. The room was great, nice updated bathroom, good water pressure and hot water. Although it faced busy via del corso, when u closed the window there was no street noise. There was more noise from whomever was upstairs. It was nice to open the window each morning. Also it's not a street full of bars and restaurants so no rowdy people at night. Funny for us since we're from the states and had no interest in shopping in US stores, there were name brand stores on via del corso like Sephora, GAP, either Adidas or Nike. There are lots of restaurants near by on the side streets.
The Spanish steps were only 5 minutes away though it always seemed longer because there is so much that catches your eye along the way. Piazza del Popolo was up the street but there isn't much there. As all the reviews say, we walked everywhere. From the hotel its 2.7 mi to the coloseum and Vatican City. Though they r in different directions.
Back to the hotel, breakfast was awesome and located on the second floor of the same building. Smallish room but that makes it nice to interact with other guests. No hot food but lots of choices. Warmish hard boiled eggs and quiche. Don't forget to ask for the Yummy cappuccino. The very nice ladies will make it for you. Great way to start the day. Two nights we went up to the roof top bar in the hotel and had it to ourselves at first. Awesome looking over the roof tops, the stars and on the first level there are a few nice lounge chairs for star gazing or suntanning, lovely bougainvillea. Another plus if your in the main hotel. Walking over from our building was not as convenient but worth it. No deals on drinks and they do have some food on the menu.
There is a little restaurant beside the main hotel that has a door directly off the lobby and its great for a snack/lunch and a drink. We went in their while we waited for our cab.
Since this was our first visit to Rome, I don't have anything to compare hotel Mozart to, but I'm glad we stayed there for our first visit.

Booked a DeLuxe room with terrace and it was a large beautiful room with very modern bath and terrace with lemon trees overlooking a courtyard. Minutes from Spanish steps, Trevi, Pantheon, shopping. Great breakfast buffet. Definitely exceeded expectations, highly recommend.
