Hotel is well located next to the bus and rail station but the area is a bit like Victoria in London so not the best and also quite a walk for the more salubrious parts of the city.
I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels all over Europe so given the four star rating I had expected a lot more. In fact I'd question it's validity for a three star rating. The room was small, the bed fairly hard but the worst feature was the bathroom; it smelt like the third world and used a shower curtain, which was dirty and clung to you in one of the smallest showers I've ever experienced. Furthermore the breakfast was about the most basic I've ever had in a hotel.
On the plus side the staff were very helpful and courteous.
If they knocked the star rating to a maximum of three stars and slashed the price I'd think it was fair, otherwise avoid, there are plenty better for less.More
