We stayed at ARS Hotel for 3 nights very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast had lots of options to choose from the buffet. Room was adequate, not the Ritz but we didn’t pay Ritz prices by a long way! Room was clean and well maintained during our stay. Location was good 5 mins walk to the Metro taking you to all the sights. Overall very happy with our stay. Would stay again! Very good value for money.

A clean, cozy and quiet boutique hotel with an easy walk to bus or metro for travel to downtown Rome. Very friendly and helpful staff helped us make airport and cruise connections. Hearty breakfast included. Highly recommend ARS for a comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

Just like it says on the web site rooms all modern and clean with large bath room and towels changed daily also in room is TV fridge and a kettle with tea coffee etc but it's not topper up daily you only get what's there on arrival.
Quick check in and friendly staff breakfast was nice with alot of variety boiled and Scrabbled eggs fresh bread which could be toasted, cheese, yogurts, tinned and fresh fruit, cereal , salad and cakes.
Just outside the city but easy access to the metro which is easy to to understand and €18 for a 3 day travel card that can be used for tram and bus services bargain
Would recommend to others if there planning a vist and as eating out in the city of Rome is not the cheapest being just outside means close by restaurants to the hotel are of just good quality but half the price.
Enjoy our stay and if in Rome would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were really friendly. It was located in a lovely area, really nice to walk through, but just with the issue of steep-is hills to get to/from the metro station. Going out wasn't an issue, but coming when when you're quite tired was, though this isn't really any fault of the hotel.

The building was gorgeous and had a lot of character. The reception staff spoke perfect English and were always ready to quickly help if we had any issues. There was free Wi-Fi, although it didn't reach our room well which meant we had to sit in the lobby if we wanted to use it.

The only thing we found a bit weird was having to hand the keys to our room into reception whenever we went out for the day, though this was our first proper hotel experience so I'm not sure if this is a normal thing. It made sense in terms of only having one set of keys and letting the cleaning staff do their thing, we just felt a bit nervous about leaving keys and how easy it was to get them back later.

I think we'd definitely come back to the hotel, and already we miss the breakfast and the good night's sleep!

Haven’t really got anything bad to say about this hotel. It is a little out of the way but there is plenty of buses around and the metro is a 10 minute walk. A fair few shops around and pizzerias. If your only language is English it’s pretty hard to communicate with the locals but that’s nothing to complain about. Breakfast at the hotel was small but nothing to complain about either. The room was nice we stayed in room 401 basic room but nobody goes on holiday to stay in the room.
