Stayed here for two nights and really liked it. Great location in that everything is walkable or easy access to the metro. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Enjoyed the free breakfast across the street as well. All in all a good basic place to sleep at the end of the day and a good value. It can be difficult to locate so make sure to coordinate with the staff.

Location can't be better so close to the Colluseum, next to Cavour metro and 15 minute walk from Termini station. The rooms are very modern, well equipped, excellent A/C and access to a shared kitchen is a great bonus. Breakfast is provided by an excellent jazz cafe outside the front door. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved Nerva Accomodation and planning to go back soon!

Room Tip: Rooms are allocated by number of beds. The 3 bed room we stayed in faced the side street and was very quiet.

Location, location, location! Nerva is in an apartment building, situated on a lovely, vibrant side street, with tons of restaurants and shops. Take a walk one block down this beautiful street, look left, and there is the Colosseum! It's that close. The Cavour train station is literally outside the front door, which means you never have to bother with cabs - not even to and from the airport, since it is one stop away from Termini station. We heard the train a few times during the day, but it was not at all bothersome. The rooms are small, quiet, extremely modern and clean, with the highest security, free (fast!) wifi, and a cute little common area with tables, fridge, hot plate, microwave, coffee, telephone, brochures etc. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a friendly tour of the space, vouchers for 'breakfast' (a delicious croissant and coffee from the cafe across the street. If you're like me, and need a big breakfast, this will not suffice) and you are left alone for the rest of your stay. Of course you can order more towels or maid service if you'd like, but it's not a daily thing, which I personally prefer. That being said, if you enjoy the full hotel experience, with 24 hour concierge, restaurant, room service etc., you'd be happier in a proper hotel.
This place is truly a gem, and they are able to offer (and hopefully maintain!) low prices, because they have converted large apartments into many smaller spaces, and have a small (but wonderful) staff. Hector (sp?) dealt beautifully with a major pricing issue (we found a significant price discrepancy), and we left happy and fulfilled, feeling that we had experienced the absolute best of Rome. Thank you, thank you, Nerva! When we go back to Rome, this is where we will stay.

We stayed here at the end of our 10 day Italy trip and wish we had stayed here the first night when we arrive in Rome. The apartments were modern, with the latest in security, storage and efficiently and stylishly planned. The AC worked well, most comfortable bed we slept great. Very convenient to the Colliseum and other attractions in Rome, right next to the Metro but quiet. Great Window seat with view of street below. Shower was great by even American standards, with hot water and good pressure. The places are new and the owners go above and beyond. The breakfast is with the pastry place across the street which was delicious and they booked us a last minute transfer to the airport that worked out really well and their food recommendations were spot on. You can't do better for the price, not sure you could do better at any price. We will be staying here again when we are in Rome.

Room Tip: All the Rooms were good, we booked a triple for the two of us due to availability, still better price point than doubles that weren't nearly as nice.
