“great find near palantine hill”
Reviewed December 26, 2012 via mobile

saw this place on tripadvisor and decided to try to find this place on a side street. worth a few steps away frm the main street.
we ordered the squid ink risotto, spag. carbonara and the grilled swordfish. the squid ink risotto was very delicious (considering i am never a fan of risotto). swordfish was a bit tough. carbonara was nicely done...
very resonably priced with abt 40euro total bill.
worth goin again if i am in the area. service was gd too..and a nice charm.
i think they hav a gd wine list just that we didnt order

“Great food at absolutely reasonable prices.”
Reviewed October 15, 2012 via mobile

On the way back to our hotel we found this place hidden a little off the beaten path. We had drinks for 2, shared sautéed mixed seafood as starter and a main course each. Came out, together with coffee at 36 EUR. Quality was really good, with fresh ingredients and great tasting. A perfect place to go have real Italian food at good prices, combined with friendly service and right next to the Colloseum and Forum Romanum.

“Lucky Find”
Reviewed October 9, 2012

We stumbled onto this place for lunch after visiting the colosseum and Roman forum. We were concerned that it would be a tourist trap since it was so close to all the sites. Nothing could be further than the truth. We ordered the rigatoni carbonara with house wine. The food was not expensive at all. Two dishes, 1/2 Liter wine and a bottle of water came out to 25 euro. The place has a cute ambiance being off the main road and is located on a side street.
