“The Friendly Place in Rome”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

My wife and I stopped in for a drink, just having arrived in Rome. Fabio, the manager, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He spent some time orienting us to the city. It was the best way to start our visit to the city.

“Big Breakfast”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

Had the International Breakfast 2 mornings in a row (8 Euro). It has 3 types of meat, 2 types of cheese, eggs, toast with jelly, capucchino, and orange juice. We also shared a chocolate cannoli for breakfast (it looked to good to pass up, and it was). Also free wifi. Friendly staff and good food. They were closed on Sunday when we tried to have lunch there.

“Great place for a quick, inexpensive lunch”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

The Morganti cafe is a local bar that is a perfect place for a quick, inexpensive lunch. Service is quick and efficient. Virtually everyone in the restaurant was local Italian office workers. The self serve line offers a great assortment of dishes or one can order from the menu (the self serve is better). The prices are some of the best we found in Rome. Easy to find just off Via Nationale.

“Not bad for a change of breakfast”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

We stayed at a hotel around the corner. It was close and we wanted to eat breakfast outside. We had breakfast in our hotel a couple of times but it was just always the same. Not saying it wasn't good but we just wanted a change of scenario or food. So not a lot of places are open early in the morning and it was our last day so what the heck. We saw reviews and it wasnt bad so we gave it a shot. We ordered two international breakfast for 8 euros each. Big breakfast- eggs, salad, toast, jam, cheese, meat, juice and coffee/tea. Maybe the eggs were scrambled that we enjoyed this breakfast lol! In our hotel they had boiled eggs and maybe we just missed scramble eggs for breakfast. The concept was probably the same as what they serve in our hotel, bread, meat, cheese, etc.. but the food was good and it was just nice to eat out and just different!
