“Great Place, Great Location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 10, 2013

We stayed at this B and B the end of August for a couple days before a cruise. The room was great with a nice view of the main street, the windows would open all the way like reverse shutters. This was great as when they where open you could stand there and watch what was action on the street below. Room, bathroom and breakfast were great.

It's a short walk from the train station that was just about a 30 min train ride from the airport. It was very easy to find all the attractions just walking down the hill with a small map from the front desk. Most places we would see at the end of the road and not even need the map. The Vatican was just a short metro ride away and the metro was easy to figure out.

We loved this place and found the location was perfect for a couple day visit. If/when we are in Rome again we will be going back here.

This B&B was such a nice surprise! It was clean & comfortable with a nice breakfast included. The staff where friendly & gave good recommendations for places to eat. A 5 minute walk from the train station which is a 30 minute train ride to the airport. The Forum is at the end of the street & all the main tourist sites are an easy walk except the Vatican which is only a Metro trip away. I have no hesitation recommending 58 Le real for a stay in Rome. We will definitely stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this unconventional hotel. It is located on the 4th. floor of a large building on Via Cavour. The street is very noisy, but there are soundproof windows, so at night we didn´t hear a thing! We stayed there in June `12, so it was really hot, but the room had a very good air conditioner so it was a relief. The bathroom was big, there was also a mini-fridge. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable.

It is located two blocks away from Santa Maria Maggiore (all Sightseeing buses stop there) and three blocks away from Termini, so it was a very good location.

We enjoyed our stay very much, and the price was quite affordable.

I would definitely recommend it and probably come back.

Great location. The boutique rooms are modern and clean. If you are looking for just a nice and clean place to stay during your visit, this is great for you. We were tourists and wanted a tiny bit more such as local recommendations. We were looking for friendly services, something you could get from staying at a B&B place. Somehow it felt like a hotel more than a B&B, but there was nothing to complain at all.

Each room has a separate bathroom and the bed is comfortable. Wi-fi and breakfast are provided.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel. It is a surprise as it is not a typical hotel. it is a very large apartment made into a small boutique notel. The service was excellent, the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The room overlooked the Via cavour, a very busy street but no noise heard in the room. Well situated for walking tour of Rome within walking distance of all sights.. Excellent value for money
