The hotel is not in the center, but it is on B1 metro line, which is directly connected to Termini train station (e.g. to/from airports). It is located in very good and safe residential neighborhood.
The hotel doesn't have an own restaurant, so the only disadvantage was finding a restaurant near to the hotel for dinner (we have tried San Marino Pizzeria- excellent, Pepe Verde -good). At Saturday evening they are very crowded, you have to queue for a table.
The room was clean, and big enough for two person, we can use wifi at the hotel room. The breakfast was good, but we didn't find any variety day-by-day.
The receptionists were very friendly.

Friendly service, good value, nice roof-top terrace, good neighbourhood (although not directly in the center, but well-connected by metro).
We had a nice room in the 5th floor with own balcony (although without any chairs/table on it).

Its a very good hotel, close to metro, restaurants and bars. Unfortunaty I made a mistake and booked the hotel for February 21st, but I arrived at January 21st, but they have room availability and problem was solved, and the guy at reception was very nice. Being close to the metro is a very good point in this hotel. The room and bathroon is very good, and the street it is located is quiet and silent one.
