We traveled from Arizona to meet my wife's sisters that were traveling from Ireland for her birthday. We found this hotel to be very comfortable and the staff most hospitable. It was a bit of a walk to the metro, but it worked for us. There are several places nearby for a nice meal as recommended by the staff. Rooms are comfortable - beds could be better, but not bad. Area is very nice and no worries about crime. We walked everywhere day and evening. Touring coach picked us up next door at the Crowne Plaza for day trips. This was a great stay that we intent to repeat. We traveled with an 11 year old daughter. We looked forward to the continental breakfast each morning.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and really loved it. We decided to stay at it again.

The staff were not quite as friendly this time as the first time, but they were still cordial.

It is in a good location, especially for the money. It is about a 10 minute bus ride from the Vatican.

The rooms are giant and very clean, we had a balcony and loved every minute at this hotel.

The breakfast were good and I think anyone could find something to eat.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will undoubtedly stay there we we go back to Rome.

Good thing was they book us in before 14.00 but thats it. They say at all rooms are same but thats not true so check the room first. Bed was bad old noisy and bad for back.

AC is kind of joke they use pool on backyard and pump that water around building and then use horibly noisy fans to cool rooms a bit. First night you will be supriced when they shut it off. couple times pipes start to leak and roofpanel at corridor falls down. I saw this happen theree times.

walls are made of paper so you hear everythig.

Continental breakfast in another joke really. Only one older woman worked alone there. Its bed and breakfast style so dont book hotel because free breakfast.

Theres 4-5 peoples rotating at reseption. 4 men are ok but that older lady lost my passport ones and didnt even bother to say iam sorry insted she said i have not lost your passport but that was the case and she found it later. NICE!

Theres poolarea but thats in another hotel and you have to leave you passport to get ticket to go there.

Its cheapo but comeon.

The hotel is out of town and quite a walk from the metro. Buses stop outside, but are unreliable. Taxis are quite cheap though, so its not a big problem.
The hotel itself is clean (but could do with some renovation)and it is away from the main road. The rooms are quite big . There is a 24 hour reception and I found the staff friendly and they were able to speak good English. Breakfast was typically Continental (sweet pastries) there were no savoury options. You can get a wireless internet connection from the hotel next door.

You cannot, in any way, store a bright clean bike inside the hotel. The hotel management is uncompromising. Bikes have to be stored outside, on the car parking. 'Pretty safe', they say, seems not safe enough for us.
