“Great choice for a visit to Rome!”
Reviewed October 11, 2013

A small hotel with a perfect location and super accommodating staff. Walk to all the major sites. The staff was eager to help with tours and transportation, even after we checked out. Very reasonable. Our deal included breakfast... what a great way to start the day with a breakfast on the Piazzo Navona!

Room Tip: Some rooms smaller than others. Typical of Rome. We liked the 4th floor.

The location was perfect!! Right outside of Piazza Navona. The great location allowed us to reach every site in Rome by foot; we haven't used public transportation even once. The staff was kind and generous, offered assistance with every problem and you really felt welcome to ask for any kind of help. The room was rather big and extremely clean, We had such a great time and a lot of it thanks to this hotel! I highly recommend!

First of all, the location is very good, because it is situated right above Navona Piazza. Very easy to come back to the hotel, with a good landmark like the Navona Piazza, and you can feel safe in this area. Also located close to a bus stop, so you can have easy access to the Colosseo by bus.
The rooms looked clean and stylish on the HP, and it was also like that when we saw them for real :) So you don't have to worry that what you see on the HP will be different. They will change your towels and come for room service everyday, unlike some European hotels. Elevators are available. Also, you can have a nice view of the lively Navona Piazza area, which is fun.
Also, the staff were very kind and helpful, they even gave us a quick guide of the city when we checked-in.
The rooms are not super cheap, but not overpriced, and I think it is a good deal for a good hotel in a good location!

Room Tip: Breakfast was included in the room fee, and you get to have sandwiches or croissants or eggs along w...

This is such a great hotel. The location is perfect! The room was very modern and clean! And Anna from the front desk was so wonderful to us! We lost our bag and she helped us with it every day we were there and even after we left!

We arrived in Rome from Melbourne and had booked into Suite Art Navona because of its great Tripadvisor reviews. The staff were fantastic and helped us with Vatican Museum advice and restaurant bookings, the room was smallish but still very comfortable and well laid out, and the location is incredible. The only minor downside (and its very minor) was the bed was very squeaky so every time one of us rolled over it woke the other one up. This was easily solved by drinking more red wine, which is a critical part of Roman holiday regardless of the bed acousitcs. Would highly recommend this hotel, it made for a fantastic Roman experience.

From the room (cosy, high ceiling, great shower) to the staff (friendly and fun) to the location (Navonaesque but not too navonaesque), we enjoyed this hotel very much. Nothing grand, spectacular or overwhelming about it, just a perfect little place, exactly what was needed for a nice long weekend in the center of Rome.

Struggling to come up with some positives. Location was fantastic, couldn't be better. Around the corner from Piazza Navona; within walking distance to the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Vatican.
Rooms quite bare-bones. Bed was very hard, low to the ground, just a bed frame- no headboard or footboard. AC struggled to keep up with the heat of a very hot Rome in July. The front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating in their attempts to cool off our room. Finally after bringing an extra, portable AC unit our room cooled off.
The bathroom had an odd layout. I wouldn't say it was small, because it wasn't. However, the shower was extremely small (don't drop the soap or you'll bump your head picking up the soap) and the toilet was placed so close to the shower stall that your knees hit the side of the shower. They did have bathrobes though. Liked that.
Overall, wouldn't stay here again. Location the only plus.
