We booked at the Hotel Fiori for 5 days. It was comfortable and within a convenient location. Our room was extremely hot the first night as we didn't know we had to ask for the AC remote from the front desk, but other than that, it was good. Nice and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. It wasn't a luxury hotel by any means but I'd go back for the price!

The hotel is near to most attractions and this is the basic reason that it worths its money.
It is clean and the service is good.
The room was a bit small and very noisy unless you have closed the windows.
The breakfast really poor and we had to wait for a free table because the breakfast room was very tiny.
It is a 2 star hotel,so nothing more to expect...

What can i say, We've just returned from this hotel and we are very satisfied. Great location, most of historical sites are 10 min walk. Hotel is small, but very nice. We chose a room with twin beds, It was quite spacious, stylish, but very narrow beds. The toilet offers only soap. But when you pay cheap price, do not expect a miracle. Our room had a window to the street so you could hear the traffic. The hotel staff hardly speak English. Delicious breakfast, coffee is very good

The hotel is near to most important historical sites - only 10 - 15 min walk. The room was very clean with enough space. There are plenty of restaurants nearby in walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful.

I am not a picky person and I stayed many hotels in different cities in Europa and this was the worst one. The room was like a mouse hole. It was really small and dark room at the end of a narrow corridor. It has a very small window of which glass was painted so there is no day light in the room. I asked the room to be changed but it was rejected and said all the rooms are in the the same size but at the last day of my stay I saw relatively bigger double rooms and I got really angry. If there is a fire in this hotel you have no chance to survive. The lift was also very small. If you have claustrophobia do not choose this hotel. Besides one of the staff was very unfriendly. I will never stay there again.
Good location and delicious coffee. Everything else was terrible.

We had email confirmations on two room reservations. However, when we arrived, they told us we did not have both rooms available for that first night. They told us we had to walk a few blocks away and stay there the first night. (it was the size of a closet. No joke) The next three nights were fine at Fiori but they should have at least given me $20 for the inconvience. I barely received a "sorry".

The Hotel Fiori is a 2star hotel. Bearing that in mind, the room was very clean, with plenty of wardrobe space. Although on a main road it was very quiet at night. The Wifi worked okay in our room on the 1st floor, but was excellent outside reception on the 3rd. It did not however work in the bar on the same floor.
If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke then request a non smoking room. Ours wasn't, so they put in a plug in which worked.
The buffet breakfast was good with excellent coffee.
The location is great for all the sights which are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that cater for all pockets, again all walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful, except when we asked them to book a taxi to the airport. It is a standard charge of 30 euros throughout Rome to Ciampino and they wanted to charge 40 euros. We hailed a cab outside the front door very easily.
They did let us leave our luggage in reception until our flight later that day so had the day free of cases.

Room Tip: If you are a non smoker you must ask for a non smoking room on booking. Best wifi reception on 1st f...
