excellent value for money.Staff friendly breakfast plentiful and varied. Bedroom clean.Fresh towels every day. Convenient bus route. No. 90 or 310 takes you to Termini every few minutes..Very nice restaurant to the right as you come out of the front of the hotel. Would certainly stay here again. Dont get ripped off by paying for hotel transfers when booking holiday. TerraVision outside airport 6euros one way straight to rome termini takes 40mins. Great.

Room Tip: we were on the third floor no noise at all.

The hotel is located in a nice and charm area, just 10 mins by Bus to the city center, with friendly staffs. Good choice for a week stay at Rome. The breakfast provided there was good and the Restaurants advised by the staffs were great. Has a bus stop and metro stations located at a walkable distance from the hotel..

My daughter and myself stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate her 21st birthday. On checking in we were told we could have 2 single rooms or a small twin. I showed the receptionist our booking which showed I had booked a standard double. He said he could not give us what I booked as there were people staying over longer than expected and that if this was not acceptable we would have to go somewhwere else. His attitude was totally unacceptable and I was quite shocked at his rudeness. We called our tour operater and after about an hour and at our own expense the general manager got involved and it was sorted out. We got the room we had booked and payed for but it left a bad taste.

The breakfast was not good. We chose to eat our breakfast out. The coffee from the machine was awful.

We also did not sleep well due to noise either from doors being banged shut or noisy individuals coming in late at night. The aging elevator was also noisy.

On the plus side the room was extremely clean and reasonably well appointed. The neighbourhood was quiet and seemed safe to walk around.

The bus service was excellent. We bought a 3 day pass for 16euro each and it was unlimited hop on hop off. The buses were frequent and the drivers were generally helpful.

Rome is a stunning city and we will certainly return, but not to this hotel.

Very pleasant 3-day stay. We would stay there again. Excellent friendly service, and very knowleadgeable of the area with good advice on getting to the attractions, as well as having their own hop-on-hop off tourist transportation was a definite plus.

Not enough fruits for the breakfast. only apple!
In the bathroom 114, there is a problem with the water evacuation of the shower.
