“A spendid apartment, excellent access to city, quiet neighborhood”
Reviewed October 21, 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Immaculately clean, "old world" eclectic furnishings, where you are instantly "at home", two baths, nicely equipped kitchen, quiet private balconies with flowers. Comfy king sized bed. Safe and secure apartment, one level walk-up. Nice neighbors. Secure gated courtyard. Walk 200M to tram line (#8) to the heart of Rome, comes every 8 minutes. About 10-15 minutes to city centro. Bus (H line), runs each 30min, less on weekends, ending at Rome rail station (Termini)..
The apartment owner can not be more accommodating and helpful. So knowledgeable and pleasant. The tram line main street has markets, very good gelato, nice family restaurants (see Mattia at La Taverna about 2 blocks west for pizza) (not on TripAdvisor, but should be).
This apartment would be best for a couple, probably not for youngsters, (too many nice things to break at "gramma's house" LOL). You won't be disappointed.

“Quaint apartment - wonderful owners!”

This was my first trip into a foreign country and Diana, the owner, made it very stress-free by keeping in contact prior to arrival and arranging for a driver to pick me up at the airport. The apartment is very well-decorated, neat and clean. The family members who greeted us and arrived for check out were beyond delightful. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others traveling to the area.

“Classy, comfy and convenient”

This is a compact, well equipped and very tastefully decorated apartment very conveniently located for trams and/or buses into central Rome (20m), with friendly bars, restaurants, gelateria and pasticerria nearby (the wonderful gelateria was a nightly stop off for us). There is also a great local market across the road to buy all your provisions if you tire of eating out every night. Eating out locally also made a nice change, as for once in Rome as foreigners we were in a small minority - a tricky experience to replicate in many central restaurants and bars). Diana was very welcoming and helpful, with good local tips of where to eat etc, and even organised one of her neighbours to take us to the airport (who happens to be a taxi driver). The great bars and eateries of Travestere are close by too.

“Beautiful apartment, comfortable, well equipped.”

Conveniently located near #8 Tram, open market, bakery, coffee bar(s), and Tony's Gelato! Apartment very comfortable, very clean and has all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Located in a residential neighborhood and out of the tourist noise. The kitchen is a full kitchen and the nicest we have encountered renting "flats" rather then hotel lodging (this is the third time we have chosen this option). We were met promptly upon arrival, received excellent instructions and travel/comfort tips. Diana was very helpful, responded prompt to all communication. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, which made communicating easy (with Diana/the USA). Highly recommend this apartment to those looking for quiet comfort in lodging. The open market within a short walking distance made cooking at the flat enjoyable, easy, inexpensive and yummy! Tony's Gelato Bar on the corner is to "die for!" An unbelievable variety of gelato!! The "Pink" Bar (Coffee House) owners were really nice and we enjoyed stopping there in the morning for coffee/pastries prior to stopping at the open market for food and heading into historic Rome. We also enjoyed late lunches/early dinner in Trastevre HUB, on the way back to the apartment. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome and Diana was a wonderful host!
