A good hotel near Colosseo & Foro Romano. It is approx 4-6 minutes walk from Colosseo.
Very quiet and the rooms were big enough for 1 week stay. Good bed and the Wi-Fi was quite fast. Large TV but like many Italian hotels not many English stations. Breakfast offers good choice and the quality was great. Staff was friendly with good enough English. Not very cheap hotel but if you want good 4 star standards then you go no wrong. I will use this hotel again.

Room Tip: Great hotel near Colosseo & Foro Romano.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding week in Rome. Our parents, siblings and partners also stayed in the hotel and we were so impressed by the hotel staff. The staff were so welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is spotless and really luxurious. The staff went above and beyond for my husband and I. The housekeepers even steamed my wedding dress for me before our big day and left a bottle of prosecco for us in our room that night!
The breakfast buffet has a great selection. The facilities are great too (great gym room). It is in a great location.
I would recommend this for couples and family gatherings. We can't wait to go back again.

You literally wake up just behind the Colosseum and Roman Forum in Rome, it´s just about 2 minutes walk there.
The Hotel is midsize with friendly and helpful personell, we had the deluxe room on the second floor facing the yard and it´s really quiet. We slept with open windows and it was quiet. Imagine that in Rome!

The breakfast was surprisingly good with a good selection of items.

We recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome

The hotel is very convenient for the all the Roman sites especially the Colosseum which you can see from the terrace. There were a good selection of restaurants nearby. We like La Pace del Cervello for its charm and friendly welcome. The staff on reception spoke good english and were very helpful in resolving issues like Boarding passes and tickets. The breakfast was outstanding, everything you might want The hot scrambled eggs were the best we have ever had in a hotel. The room(a double deluxe) was well decorated, not generous in size but that is normal for a central hotel. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the back which was incredibly quiet for a city. The bathroom was excellent and well equipped with toiletries.

We advise any visitor who does not want to do a tour to buy your inclusive ticket at either the Forum or Palantine entrances. There were long queues at the Colosseum entrance but none at all at the other entrances. The tickets last for two days so you can buy in advance. The tours are mostly in the afternoon so we started early at the Colosseum and then worked our way round the others before they got crowded. The hotel being so close made it easy to buy the tickets and look round the sites. It is not far to walk to all the other notable places of interest such as Spanish Steps and Vatican.

Room Tip: Choose deluxe and ask for a quiet room at the back

My wife and I stayed for nights at the hotel. We were welcomed and provided with helpful information about Rome and where to pick up our Opera Pass. The room was decorated nicely, the bathroom up to date and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and it was really nice to be able to have some hot eggs and bacon for breakfast. It is served on the fourth floor and on nice days, you can eat on the outside terrace. The breakfast alone made the stay worthwhile. Our room was on the first floor and in the front. Since they did not have the air conditioning on, we had to have our window open at night for the cooler breeze. It was a bit noisy until late in the evening when most of the car/scooter traffic was done for the night. We only had one drink at the bar on the first floor because we thought the prices were a bit high, even for Rome. The drinks were good and the bartender very nice. I recommend staying here as the colliseum is a very short walk away. Many of the other sights were close too.....a short walk. I liked the hotel very much and would stay there again without question.
