I stayed here for 3 nights for my 2nd visit to Rome in October. It is literally 5 minutes walk from St. Peter's square, and 2 minutes from a metro station linking you to the rest of Rome, so the location is fantastic.
The B&B is in a pleasant residential area. The room (single) was pretty basic; no toiletries for example, but was clean and modern. There is a good air conditioning system, which is quite a relief in the Roman heat.
Breakfast is provided by Cafe Zero, 5 minutes away. You get a drink and a pastry. The cafe is not particularly celubrious and charges 4 euros for a coke!
Angelica, the owner, is pleasant and amiable. I was disappointed because upon asking for a restaurant recommendation for authentic Roman cuisine (I love food), I was given a glossy flyer for a place which was definately catering for tourists.
Overall, I might stay here again because of the fantastic location, and for the price (60 euros a night) it is excellent value. But if you want a touch of luxury (and you'll have to pay for it) maybe think of elsewhere.
I gave 4 rather than 5 stars because of the breakfast, the lack of shower gel and the dubious restaurant recommendation.
