“A rare find on the outskirts of Rome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2013

A quick roadside stop turned into a culinary treat! The gnocchi with roast pork crackling (gnocchi di patate affumicate all'olivo alla gricia) was the best I have ever tasted. A local eating beside us recommended for second course the ox tail ' terrine di coda Allan vaccinara' - superb! The homemade bread was delicious also! Well worth a visit!

“Very good but little bit expensive”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 2, 2013

If you are tourist in Rome this restaurant is little bit far away from the regular tourist area. The restaurant is small and intimate and offer excellent service. Ideal for a special night out (not ideal for family with children). Very modern plate of Italian cuisine but the only thing we didn’t like is that they don’t allow you to order two separate plate of pasta (at least when we went 6 person out for dinner) so it would be very strange if this rule would also apply if you go out as a couple and don’t want the same pasta plate. I understand that the place is small but if I pay the high price I should be able to pick what I want from the menu.

“Excellent and abundant food!”

The place offers wonderful antipasti, which we could hardly finish! Main course was good and plentiful! Very warm and enjoyable environment. We would love to return! Dessert was great!
