We enjoyed staying at the townhouse very much. After having visited Rome for about 20 times now, we have finally found a place where we will come back again.
Great location, modern though cosy spacious rooms, nice breakfast (including a very friendly and warm Elena ) and helpful advice given by 3 charming hosts.

Room Tip: The standard room facing Via Guilia maybe is the smallest however probably the most silent en cosy...

A true guesthouse in the center of Rome, you feel like you are staying over at a friend's house.Great location and view, especially if you book the suite that has a big private balkony overlooking the river. The rooms are very clean, bright and comfortable. The people who run the guesthouse are very professional, friendly and offer to provide any information you may need.Totally worth staying again.

We stayed here for three nights and had the small double room with terrace. Although the room was small it was very clean, well designed and the double glazing meant we were not disturbed by the traffic outside on the main road. There was a good selection of food available for the continental breakfast which was taken in the living room. The wi-fi worked best in the living room although we also used it in the bedroom. We were very impressed by Lucca who was there to meet us when we arrived, was always very helpful and was there when we left via taxi to the airport. The location of this b&b is great for exploring the old centre of Rome. It is just a few minutes to Campo del Fiori, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We walked to the Vatican and then took the metro to the Forum and Coleseum. Also visited Gallerie Borghese and would recommend the Modern Art Gallery nearby. The only downside to our stay was the poor standard of food served in the restaurants in the centre. All three nights were disappointing and we even sent some of the food that was served to us back. Would definitely recommend this B&B for the quality of its accommodation and the excellent service provided by its owners.

An absolute gem of a place. The location is quite superb being only a stone throw away from the old town and also just by the river. The two brothers who run the place are delightful host and having breakfast on the veranda or in the living room in the morning was lovely. The house also has some quirky history (which is always something I tend to get fascinated by) and was once upon a time owned by the pope. If you can book the penthouse room I would highly recommend it as it would really add a whole new dimension to your trip. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: pick the penthouse

The proprietors of this townhome, and their staff, are very gracious, friendly and professional.
We enjoyed the location, as it is very central, but also peaceful because it's just far enough away from the main tourist attractions.
The private roof-top terrace is comfortable and perfect for enjoying an espresso, a meal, or drinks. Take full advantage of it!
The entrance from the street is also very secure, but the location is nice so it won't even cross your mind.
Enjoy your stay there!

I spent a long time looking for the perfect place to stay in Rome. We intended to be out and about a lot so I did not want to spend a lot on a luxurious hotel. I had a vision of a b+b mostly white, with tall ceilings and natural light. When I found Giulia Town House it was like I had found a perfect match.

Rooms had their own bathroom with a strong and spacious shower, air conditioning and kettle for tea. I was traveling for a month and had more luggage than most and our room from what I could tell was the smallest though it had a balcony. When I go back I will definitely request a bigger room.

The staff were all exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was delightful. The location was perfect. We felt very welcome here.

We highly recommend staying here on your trip to Rome.

Room Tip: If you want the balcony know that the room is smaller than the others.

It's difficult finding somewhere to stay with children where you don't feel compromised. Our suite was perfect, the children had their own area. As interior designers we loved the simplicity and elegance of the decor. The air conditioning was heavenly.
The breakfast was delicious and the staff couldn't be more welcoming or helpful. We have recommended on to friends but as it is perfectly bijou you have to book in advance!
