The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is fairly central: the Barberini metro station is a 5 minute walk away and the 116 bus that stops across the street from the hotel takes you straight to the touristy hotspots.
There's a tabacchi across the street and a fruteria and deli at the corner of via Emilia and via Lombardia.
WiFi is complementary (i.e. free), contrary to certain reviews I'd found on the web prior to arriving.
Another huge pro is that breakfast is a hearty hot buffet that feels more English than continental: bacon and eggs, pastries, fruits, yogurt, toasted bread with ham and cheese.

We stayed for 3 nights on the tail end of our honeymoon to enjoy Rome. I was very tired and stressed on arrival at 11.30am after a large amount of travelling and thwarting a pickpocket on the metro... The hotel were so warm on arrival and let us into our room straight away. The room wasn't very big but big enough and well fitted out- great bathroom- huge powerful shower. View wasn't great onto a courtyard but some rooms had to face onto this. The breakfast is a cold buffet with hot tray of eggs and bacon and you can make toast. There was a wide selection and there were some very tasty cakes! They should invest in some ketchup for us Brits though.
There were no English speaking tv channels at all - unusual to not even have CNN- would have been nicer. So with the odd quibble why have I given 5/5? Well the team did everything to look after us and everything was spotless in the hotel.

The location is outstanding, a couple of blocks from Via Veneto and great dinning and shopping. Great service. The room was good, nothing memorable. The breakfast was also ok, nothing to write home about. Valet parking is way too expensive with an option for self parking at a block away for half the price.
