We were at the hotel dates from 23.8.12 27.8.12 I want to praise the hotel located close to the Centre. Hotel staff kind and services meets a request especially reception staff and good breakfast and pleasant reception Andrea I would suggest to add vegetables, tomato and cucumber! The hotel is clean and tidy!Benefited greatly from the hotel and our return to the hotel and we would all be guests!

The location is outstanding, a couple of blocks from Via Veneto and great dinning and shopping. Great service. The room was good, nothing memorable. The breakfast was also ok, nothing to write home about. Valet parking is way too expensive with an option for self parking at a block away for half the price.

Ok, I said that 3 times but I want to just let you know how wonderful the people at the front desk are. When we first arrived, hot and tired from a long flight from New York, we were given a nice cold bottle of water and made comfortable as we waited for our bags to be taken to our room. The staff gave us great directions and ideas of where to walk on our first day; this way we saw the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon, and the Four Rivers Fountain in the Piazza Navona without walking around in circles!!!! Andre, Angela, and Anthony (I hope I did not forget anyone) did their utmost to answer any questions we had. They gave us good restaurants ideas and advice on when taking a taxi made sense and an idea of approximate cost. I thank them for making reservations at the Borghese Galleria and a bus trip to Orvieto and Assisi. Oh yes -- our room was just as pictured on their website--clean and with two small closets (nice surprise). Our bathroom was really clean and had lots of fluffy towels. Housekkeeping does a great job. The hotel is located in a really lovely, safe, and quiet area. They have really great people working there.

Room Tip: Very quiet area - so no noise problems at all and we were in a room facing the street (which is a si...

Clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly and efficient staff, tasty and fresh breakfast with good coffee! This hotel is very conveniently located - walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Via Del Corso shopping district. we even walked back to the hotel from the Colosseum. It's also close to the underground railway system.

Everything went right with this hotel: the location, the room, the staff, everything. The staff was really helpful and polite from the start. The room had a balcony, which was amazing. And the location, the only place we didn't walk to was Vatican and that was just because it was +38C outside. And I love porters. When we left they provided us with the hotel car to the airport, which was nice also, although he drove 180km/h on the freeway.

Large room and bathroom, always clean, balcony, what can I say?

Room Tip: On the top floor (6th) you have rooms with a balcony.

We cant rave enough about this quiet, cute hotel even though its more like a 3-star US type of hotel than its rated 4star (Italian specifications!).

The rooms and beds are very small, but if you are in Rome during the summer, you are unlikely to stay in your room a lot except for a few hours sleep. The bathroom has a bidet.

There is free wifi and a single PC in the breakfast room which serves a modest breakfast with scrambled eggs, yogurt, pork sausages, cereals, coffee/tea, pineapple/orange/grapefruit juice.

The city tour hop on/off bus stops across the road, so the location is VERY useful. Subway us about 10 minutes away, near US embassy. The spanish steps are about 10 minutes walk away, the gallery bourgessie about 15 minutes, train station 20 minutes.

The staff are very helpful.

The only (minor) complaint is that there are NO english TV channels in the rooms. They only have local channels.

Room Tip: Room on 1st floor are a little noisy and have bright street lights facing into room.

We've stayed in this hotel twice and 1st stay left better impression. Maybe because the 2nd time we were given the room on the 1st floor (109) which was very humid with view on scrap yard. It was a Standard room so would say Superior and Executive rooms on higher floors are way better. The breakfast is very plain with not much to choose from. The best points about the hotel are friendly and helpful staff, and great location in one of the best areas in Rome within walking distance to all main attractions.

Room Tip: Choose rooms with street view otherwise will face the scrap yard.
