Just back from a long weekend in Rome where we stayed at this hotel. It was my first trip to Rome and I was travelling with my mum and sister. Our requirements were simple - a reasonably priced hotel which was centrally located, triple room ( 3 single beds), breakfast, wifi and air conditioning. This hotel was perfect! The location was ideal - we walked everywhere, really no need for a bus or metro if you enjoy walking. The staff were great and very helpful, providing us with a map and booking a taxi for our return journey to the airport ( they also offer a special reduced taxi rate if booked through them). The hotel was impeccable clean and the room was more than adequate with a safe, wifi, air conditioning and so peaceful and quiet - hard to believe you are in the middle of a bustling city. Continental breakfast was included and we found this to be better than expected also. Really great hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit this amazing city.

Lovely little hotel, rooms fairly basic but comfortable and clean, wifi available throughout. The hotel is within walking distance of pretty much everything and just around the corner from the metro station which takes you to the vatican. The staff were very very helpful, they provided a map on arrival and highlighted all the places of interest. The hotel literally couldn't be in a more convenient location, would definitely come back!

I stayed at this hotel with my husband before and after our cruise in Rome. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful especially Mariano and Costel. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Republica metro. The room is very clean and the breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Termini station, in a nice neighborhood, the entrance shared with another hotel. It is around a 15 minute walk to the Forum, and also is an easy walk to all of the major piazzas and to Gallery Borghese. The room is small with very little free space, with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom is also small consistent with the room size, and it has shampoo and bar soap. Both the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. I had an interior room which was quiet, with no hall or room noise either. Breakfast was the usual cereals, croissants, bread, sweets, fruits, yogurt, and a cheese and meat. The wifi worked well. There is a room safe. I would recommend staying here.

Travel agent booked this place based on its central location and good trip advisor reviews. Hotel staff were very helpful with great information on restaurants and things to do and see in Rome. Unfortunately this was the only thing good about this hotel. We were put in room 12 on the first night which shares a front door with room 10 (if staying here would recommend requesting any other room besides these two!). The room was tiny and the bed was horrible as you could feel every spring in the mattress, also 2 single beds pushed together to make a king bed. The walls are paper thin as we could hear the people in the room next door talking which kept us up until all hours of the night. We requested another room which the hotel staff were very accommodating albeit the second room was still very basic, however the bed was a little better. The breakfast is also quite basic. For us this hotel was not the type we were after however if you are looking for something basic and close to the metro whilst on a budget then this is suitable.

This hotel is endorsed by Rick Steves, so we thought it would be crowded. The desk clerks were just great, very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator that we could find. The hotel lobby is about ten steps above street level, and our first floor room was about 15 steps above that. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The location is near the Republica, and a short walk from the train station. Very convenient, but area is a little sketchy after dark, like most of Rome. Breakfast was good.

A really nicely presented hotel right next door to Termini Station. It's a downhill walk to most of the attractions which is great when walking there. It was air-conditioned, private and included a reasonable breakfast. Its close to Via Flavia which has the best place to eat I have ever been to and I think is a bit of a well kept Roman secret. The staff were very friendly and provided a lot of useful information for us. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
