Re Testa hotel is a very good hotel with big rooms, nicely designed and very clean. Service is also very helpful. It also very near to the Pyramide Metro station. The only negative point (and why I am not giving it five stars) is that the soundproofing from the adjacent rooms is not good at all. But all together it was a pleasant experience.

Looking for a nice place to stay in Rome? This is an option I would recommend for those of you who are in Rome for business or tourism and need a confortable yet not very expensive place to stay. It's modern, the personnel is helpful and friendly and the place is at a 10 minutes walk from the metro station Piramide. Nearby there are a few places where you can have a tasteful Italian meal at a reasonable price and let's not forget the market closeby where you can find fresh stuff and nice people that will let you taste what they sell. Italians do have a way to enjoy the good life that I hope to take back with me.

Very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff are very polite and welcoming. Had a great sized balcony with tables and chairs, the view wasnt great but for the price we paid it was everything we needed. The breakfast was the only let down. Definitely recommend. There is a train station 15 minutes walking and you can visit the attractions. Not close to much

Great little hotel. Large rooms with balcony. Towels changed every day.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and were like unofficial tour guides. Place had a great atmosphere.
Indoor market just below hotel where you could buy freshly made Italian delights.
Ten minutes stroll to Pyramide Metro station which is only 2 stops from the Colosseum.
Ten minutes in the opposite direction, took you straight to the river.
Would definitely stay here again.

Room tip: Take a travel kettle with you and a pair of good walking boots.

Modern hotel within walking distance of the city, train station and metro. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room with a microwave and a fridge and a large outside sitting area. Helpful reception staff. No tea/coffee facilities but coffee/breakfast shop and the market round the corner from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants in the area or nearby Trastevere district.
