Sistine Chapel, one of the great masterpieces of Michelangelo to be visited. If you are lucky to find a good guide, you will hear amazing story of each painting of Michelangelo.

What can I say except wow, glad we did the tour alot was explained to us about the sistine chapel before we went in. The guards hurry you through and it can and does get incredibly busy in there, sometimes feeling a bit like a cattle market. However well worth the visit.

Wow! The wonder and amazement of having your eyes behold the beauty of the Sistine Chapel. Heart breaking that you aren't allowed to photograph but that is understandable. There is just no way that you can memorize the splendor of this art work. I was somewhat frustrated because the place was literally wall to wall crammed with people. We were pushed through one little path and only got this quick view. I would so have loved to go to every corner and section and have lots of time to focus and take more mental pictures. If there is anyway you can discover when it is less crowded, go out of your way to visit at that time. We had to be there on a Wed. about 4 or 5pm with no other choice. I will definitely pay the ticket and go back again if I ever get the chance.
