-no hot water 4 days out of 5
-in one of the two rooms I booked the air conditioning did not work so it was freezing
-the hotel isn't placed in the centre of Rome as it is mentioned on easytobook, it is placed at 6-7 km from the nearest attraction point
-the rooms weren't clean enough
-the dinning room was freezing
-all in all it really isn't a four star hotel

It's definately not your 4 star custom hotel,BUT it was a pleasant stay. We've spent 7 nights, had a wonderful room at the 6th floor with a HUGE terrace, air conditioning perfect, room and bathroom well furnished, wonderful view over Rome, best thing was the location in a residential area of Rome, distant from downtown but well connected via bus and city train.Has a sport facility and swimming pool in front.Breakfast was ok,staff were ok.

Room Tip: Definately 6th floor, the 2 rooms at right as you exit elevator.

I was unlucky to stay here for a week, dont know what i was thinking. Was an absolute disaster. Got to the hotel early and was told the room was not ready ended up sitting on the side for an hour. The staff are rude, and unhelpful. The breakfast is not worth it, basically a cold buffet from the day before.
After a whole day out of the hotel, i come back to find my room door open, staff were not helpful when this occurred and very rude, luckily nothing was missing. Ended up keeping all personal belongings with me, as the cleaners did not lock the doors at all.
It looks ok when you walk in but thats it the rooms are old, cleaners do not know what they are doing and staff are unacceptable. This is not a four star hotel more of a 1* barely even that.

DO NOT STAY HERE, ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!

Room Tip: Dont bother

Had the misfortune to be transferred here after our original hotel was damaged byba water leak. The welcome was non -existant ,no information about breakfast, hotel facilities just stern glum faces. The room was shabby, old fashioned and worn out, torn wallpaper, chipped paint, lamps with broken light bulbs.Standard of cleanliness was iffy.Hotel perched on asteep hill, no immediate dining facilities and miles from the centre of Rome...AVOID.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights. Arrival was around the midnight and we were so surprised how welcome can be. The night receptionist was the best person from whole staff, most helpful and friendly. The other ones were usually proffesional, but no extra value for us.
We had a room at the 5th floor, with the balcony (unfortunately there was not as nice weather - rainy - so we can´t spent much time in), standart bathroom (need extra clean service, in some areas was mold on). The most negative was the sleeping here. We choose at HRS one double bed but we receive two beds put together with some kind of elastic sheet. Cause we arrive too late we did not complain and fall asleep, but in the morning there was huge gap in between and my boyfriend slept in :(
The breakfast is buffet style with wide choice, also fresh fruit, sweet desserts etc.
Transport to this hotel is also very easy - from Termini train station by bus around 20 minutes. It´s not as central, but available transport till late night.
There was just one disappointment - you book hotel room, but city tax is not included (as usual in other european cities). I work in 4* hotel in Prague, so we will be never as unfair against our guest, city tax is paid by hotel, it is already included in you booking price. So here in Rome (and other italian cities) you will pay extra 4 EUR / 1 person / 1 day in 4* hotel...
All in all, wether we will come back to Rome we will think of staying at this hotel. Nothing extra in comparison with other 4* hotels we visit before, but good value, place and atmosphere.

Room Tip: Room with balcony could be nice in relaxing evening time...

My husband took me to this run down hell hole for my 50th birthday, we arrived in the evening and was just given a key to the room, no information of breakfast etc.. Room was very run down, the door itself had lumps taken out of if due to it being broken into on various occasion. The bidet in bathroom had black hair in it, I complained and was told that a special clean would be done the next day. Next day arrived and hair had gone from bidet to floor, so waste of time that was.. Breakfast was continental which is ok.. Well it was til I had a croissant and decided to put jam in it and low and behold jam already put in curtisey of another guest that didn't want anymore so had left but staff hadnt noticed and just put back on display... Shocking, discusting to say the least. There was some kind of fungi growing on the walls of the bedroom, bedside table had ground in dirt.... Shower broken and the cubicle had tiles missing and had stench coming out of it.. As you can imagine my husband and I wasn't happy at all. To add to this bus ride to centre of Rome is 5km not 2 as advertised. Hotel 4 star.. NO CHANCE would rather have stayed at fawty towers ... Please please do not waste your time and money on this hotel....

To add to this I have stayed in hotels all over the world and in every hotel their has always been a bible in the room.... Not that we all pick it up to read but I was shocked to find that no bible in such a predominantly catholic environment.

Room Tip: Do not choose, stay clear of hotel

This hotel is a longway from Rome city centre and I cannot understand why it is 4 star as it is not up to the standard you would expect in a 3 star. .It is a 40 minute bus ride from Termini which is a long way from the airport. If you do make your own way when you get to termini, get the 360 bus from Termini and get off the last stop at MUSE. It is 5 minutes away from here. You need to get the tickets before you get on the bus though. The rooms are shabby, our shower small and mouldy grouting. The bathroom so small it didn't have a normal door. There was no bar or restaurant as it was the holiday season. there was no room service so you could not even get coffee in the day time. The sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming up in the night so noticed the threadbare matteress underneath. The curtains looked stylish and expensive but from years ago and were dusty. Very few facilities that you would expect in a 2/3 star, such as tea and coffee making equipment and real hand towels. No restaurant or bar available. No help with luggage, No information for guests. The one waitress in the breakfast dining room was rude to many people. Once making a young guest sit at a dirty table and telling losts of people to wait sometimes ignoring them. None of the food was refrigerated and was left out for hours, cheese and meat,. There wasn't enough staff to clear tables and put out extra food. It seemed like all the geusts were a real inconvenience to her. The local shops were closed for most of the time but there were some good restaurants and a supermarket about 12 to 15 mins walk away in the next town and a bar near the bus stop. You can get your bus or Roma tickets from the newsagents nearby before getting on the bus. Annoying to pay the extra tourist tax for a 4 star without getting the facilities. Great holiday but poor quality inconvenient accomodation. A German guest described it perfectly ' I bet it was 4 star in the Beatles day',when people expected less. Plus point beautiful view from the roof terrace. Be cafeful on the metal seats up here as several are damaged and need repairing or replacing like lots of the hotel facilities.

Room Tip: Choose a room nearer to the town centre in a different hotel. I would go back to Rome but not in thi...
