Closely from Roma Termini Station and easy to find. The service and room was good. I haven't seen any problems during my travel.

The Marghera has well appointed rooms located within walking distance of the Termini Rail Station (literally a 2 minute walk). Our room was lovely with a canopied bed that my daughters shared and a single one for me. Very Laura Ashley in decor. Our bathroom was big with 2 sinks. Normally hotels located near rail stations can be a bit seedy but not the Marghera. They also offer a wonderful breakfast each morning. Our stay was only 2 days so the convenience of being near the Termini was helpul.

Convienient location only a short walk to the main station and sights, clean, although lack of hot water one morning with no explanation was annoying.

Dear Mrs./Mr.

Thank you for your positive review and for your recomandation to your friends. I want just to specify that the hot water problem was happened in a Sunday morning, and Sunday it's difficult to find somebody available but we managed to fix it in 2 hours. We apologise for the lack of explanations becouse in that moment we didn't know what was happened.
We will be happy to see you again next time you will come in Rome.

Best regards,

As soon as we set foot in the hotel, there was a customer running downstairs to the counter to complain about the room was unacceptable. We knew it was not a good sign. We chose the place because of its closeness to the Roma Termini. Other than that, it was a total dive.

Everything was broken in this hotel. Light switches in the room were broken, toilet seat was broken, no shower curtain, dirty carpet, tiles almost fallen... This hotel needs some major repairs. For the 140 Euro we paid, that's a complete ripped off. They claimed to be a 3 star hotel, but it should not qualify for any star. The pictures on the website is totally deceiving. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. Period.
