We found the hotel location ok - the room we had was small but adequate and very clean. the beds aren't particularly comfortable. The breakfast is below average by some margin and if you turn up after 9:30 you'll be lucky to get a cup and saucer let alone cutlery. The reception staff are fine but could be much more forth coming with information at check in i.e. our room wasn't ready when we arrived and was 2 hrs no suggestion of where to get food or drink in the mean time, which is pretty poor service. That said if you knew what to ask for they would help. the hotel is a bit out of town but metro and bus service are good - travel into time is about 40 mins in total, just note that if getting the metro back late you may have to walk back to the hotel.
As people have mentioned there is a big shopping centre next door which has a super market.
Couple of tips : do not use the hotel transfer service it is over priced and ours was 50 mins late!!!! I'd recommend blackline limousines they were amazing with the airport to hotel transfer. Also take a hand fan if you have one - they are really useful for the metro etc. finally if you are going to the Vatican check the dress code (shoulders and knees must be covered)

Stayed here for a city break booked with British Airways Holidays. On arrival there was no booking even though we showed them the booking confirmation, a communication breakdown between BA and the hotel, certainly not the guests problem. We were made to wait in reception for one hour whilst they tried to contact British Airways with not even a glass of water offered or no update. The rooms are basic and fairly clean. No irons are available. WiFi doesn't work and they charge €6 for 24hrs. Breakfast is very basic, the only hot item being scrambled egg. The hotel does have a nice pool area but only opens at 10 and the pool attendant then takes over an hour to clean it before you are allowed to use it. Very limited amount of sun loungers and there is a mad dash to grab one. They charge €3 per day for a towel and forbid you to use the towels from the room. This hotel is definitely not four star and would probably receive better reviews on here if it sold itself as a three star property.

This hotel is located far from the main attractions. Though there's a metro station not far away.

The hotel was in good conditions, clean and very pretty. Staff offered good service but were a little bit moody.

Breakfast was the average juice, coffee, milk, cereal. Not hot food.

Their WiFi works better than in any other hotels, it works well even in the rooms far from the lobby (additional fee)

This Hotel is located close to the Eur quarter, this means far from the centre. It is very close at big shopping center and immediately outside of the hotel there is the bus stop to go to metro station. The hotel is not new and maybe it need a renovation; in any case the room are confortable with a/c and noiseless. There is free parking, a little swimming pool with solarium. The wi-fi is not free. The breakfast is good. The price is very intersting.

Me and my sister stayed here at the beginning of June. The hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful, we arrived three hours before check-in due to an early flight and our luggage was safely stored until we could check in.
Our room was clean and nice and spacious. We had a balcony, which was nice as it was quite warm and keeping the door open was a good breeze. Just be careful as in our room the sink was opposite the toilet and both my sister and I banged our heads on the sink.
The food was really good, the continental breakfast was amazing, fresh pastries every morning with a choice of yoghurts, fruit and cereal. We also had dinner at the hotel, I highly recommend the gnocchi, it was really good.
The main downside to the hotel was that it was so far from the centre, you had to get a bus to the metro station and the metro took around half an hour to get into the centre, meaning due to buses from the metro station, we couldn't really stay out late in the city.
Also, the pool is open 10-8 which wasn't great when we went into the city because we would miss pool hours completely. The mall behind the shopping centre is a great place to get ice cream and food, waaaaay cheaper ice cream than you find in the city. Also, if you are getting a taxi back to the airport, be sure to ask for a taxi, not their hire service because the taxi is 30 euros (Fuimcino airport) and the hire car is 45.

We stayed in early July 2013. Weather was perfect (low 30s every day so maybe a bit hot for some). Overall we found the hotel good. Down side was our room looked over the side of the shopping centre and next to a coach park - deliveries and coach parking went on til late at night and very early morning (5am onwards) so the beeping of reversing vehicles kept waking us up; so perhaps ask to be moved if you get one of these. We ate in the hotel one the evening and mine was a bit school-dinner like! No English speaking TV if you have youngsters though (except CNN).
Up side was that it was clean and staff were helpful. Room was quite spacious (considering in Rome). Pool was excellent although it was dominated by some rather noisy lads on 2 days (not the hotels fault). Breakfast was good - reasonable selection.
Took 1/2 hour to get to City centre (bus and a train ride away). Buses and trains are a little confusing as they drop you off in a couple of places (to get home you need the stop which is at a lower level than the market/other bus stops). If you plan to go backwards and forwards to Rome then this probably isn't the hotel for you. If you want to spend some time relaxing by the hotel pool then its great.
Shopping centre was excellent for cheaper food and drink (gets a little expensive as drinks generally are 5/6 euros each). Garage next door to hotel has a cold drinks dispenser which is cheap.
Get a good map of Rome as we wasted hours walking in the rabbit warren of streets to find things (only limited signs to direct you).
Don't forget to save 3 euros per day per person for the Rome tax payable on check-out.

Room Tip: ask for a quiet room away from shopping centre
