“No problem with hotel DON'T book with Clear Sky travel agents”
Reviewed March 11, 2013

Bought a voucher from KGB to stay at this hotel for three nights. Which was fine. My problem is with the travel company Clear Sky. Don't touch them they are a pack of scammers. They just take your money and add on extras which they try and conn you at the time of booking that you have to pay for in order to get the best deal. My holiday with KGB should have cost me £438 but by the time Clear Sky had finished with me they had charged me £536 and I was so stupid to pay it. Afterwards I checked the same flights and buying the hotel direct through Hotel Embassy website would only have cost me £468.32. So be warned before purchasing these deals always check out how much it would cost if you did it yourself. I wish I had. I am due to travel this June 2013. I will review the actual hotel when I come back just wanted to warn anyone using these deals tone careful.

We stayed for 3 nights in Rome, and stayed at this hotel on a friend's recommendation. We found the location to be excellent - 15 min walk to the heart of Rome. Disappointed by the room, it was very small, the bed was uncomfortable. But will not complain too much as it was value for money & breakfast included is always a plus.

An old hotel in excellent location. First night got a smelly room but changed to another room the very next day without any problem. All in all clean. Not for those who are looking for a stylish place but very functional. Basic breakfast but satisfying.

We stayed at the embassy for 5 nights, and paid €300 and this included breakfast every morning for 2 people. So great value for money. The location is also great, it's in walking distance to the Spanish steps, Trevi, collesium, roman forum etc well that is if you don't mind a bit of a walk at times I walked or scooterd every were also is very close to the train station... It's not 5* accom and is quite dated how ever it's clean the room was very spacious and would happily stay there again.
