Hotel is basic but location is good and staff are helpful. Di giovanni restaurant opposite is good value. Breakfast and TV are limited but as a base for sightseeing it is ideal. Sights, terminee and metro are all nearby.
If it was not for the location this hotel will be one to keep away from. That said, it is a very good priced hotel for it's location. You clearly get what you paid for with this hotel.
The rooms were not the cleanest. I had to change rooms. In the first room the shower did not drain out and water built up in it. The second room was small and the bathroom much smaller than the first and it also had poor lighting.
A very bonus is that the bus stop is near the hotel and from there you can go to the central station (one stop away). From there you have trains to the rest of Europe, buses to the airport and around Rome and also the Rome underground.
Hotel was very good, rooms are nice and quit. Reception worked briliantly and staff were very helpful. Only big critic was for breakfast. It had bread, butter, cereals and only sweet things (jam, croissant etc.) which I do not eat for breakfast.
