I read a lot of reviews before I went here. Im so glad I ignored the bad ones. The rooms were not small they were perfect. The conditioning worked fine. The staff were wonderful. Especially Franco : ) the area was great. The metro system is the best way to travel. I loved this hotel and all I think about now is when can I go back

The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The bed was older, but i slept okay after figuring out how to turn of the A/C. Price is fair for what you get.
The best part is definitely the roof top terrace where you can also have breakfast. We managed to have drinks, but only after having the reception call upstairs (first we were told it was closed).
The free wifi didn't work in my room (113), but i had good signal in the common areas.
The location worked for us, but it was a business trip so we wanted to be close to our goal. If you are sightseeing the Forum is about a 10-15 min walk. As you will be doing lots of walking already i would invest in a closer hotel or at least a public transport pass (the Main Train station is very close and that has a lot of connections).

Room Tip: In 113 the internet didn't have signal 95% of the time.

Breakfast here makes me smile because I love it. The rooms are great but kinda out of reach if you on a budget. Location near termini train station. Good customer service and hotel looks great. Rooms might feel on the small size thou

Room Tip: Great rooms and not a lot of square footage thou

This hotel is located in central Rome. You can walk from the hotel to the Termini Station and other cultural and touristic areas of the city. The hotel was recently renovated and has a nice and space reception area. The rooms are well mantain and clean with nice TV and wifi. Breakfast is very nice. Had a nice stay during my trip in Rome. If you are looking for a great little hotel for a short stay in Rome, this hotel is the place. Great deals can be found on Hotels.com. I paid $150 for one night, single, and the first time a little more for a room with a balcony, about $1000 for 4 days. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast on the roof garden is spectacular.
I highly recommend staying here, it's an easy walk to all the sights, colosseum, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and all the shops.
Stephen

Room Tip: If you smoke, get a room with a balcony.

Stayed here for 2 days before a Greek Island cruise at end of May 2014. Hotel is clean and friendly. Room was ok but window overlooked the alley where they put the cans, etc in am. Could here the bottles being thrown out early am. Decent closet for clothes, dresser, 2 small nite stands. Phone had a loose lever and did not always work. The worst part was the bathroom, very small by US standards. small sink/mirror, hairdryer on wall, 2 toilets, small glass shelf to left of sink, does not hold much. Shower has glass doors but is not very big.

Breakfast was included which consisted of bacon, eggs (in a hot tray), lukewarm at best. Also yogurt, cereal, milk, toast, coffee, lunchmeats, etc. If your counting on a warm breakfast, sorry.

Room Tip: Might want to ask for a room on a higher floor or in the back.

Well it is close to the central railway station and therefore to connecting buses and the two lines that comprise the Metro. The staff on the front counter need some reminding as to who pays their salary. I had mistakenly left a document on the counter upon arrival they put it in the pigeon hole but said nothing while I searched my bags twice. The room was clean however and wifi access good. Breakfast was good and staff who worked in the breakfast room perhaps they should change jobs.

Room Tip: Perhaps choose a room not facing the street because of noise.
