Very clean place with great staff who will help you with great advice for everything you need, 10 minutes of nice walking to every "must seen" in Rome, classic double room is small but cosy with small bathrooms inside, but youre not in your room most of the time, great breakfast

Excellent location, with bus stops opposite the hotel.
Breakfast very good. Lovely pastries. The addition of some fresh fruit would be appreciated.
All staff on front desk very knowledgeable about sightseeing in Rome. If they couldn't immediately answer our questions, they would do an internet search to assist us with directions and transport options

Good location, front desk people were very helpful, but be careful upon check out. They were going to charge me more money for the mini bar, so, take a look at the check before paying. They do not ask, they just charge you! The only thing is that, depending on the room that you have, you can use the elevator but then you have to use stairs in order to go to your room. Early morning the elevator was not working so I had to take the stairs all the way down to the fron desk with my luggage. Clean room.

The hotel, while not in the ideal location for sightseeing, is in a quiet area and fairly safe. Well, walking to the hotel didn't seem so safe because it was almost completely empty (save for a few security guards here and there). The hotel is surrounded by government buildings so everyone leaves the area after work. The building also has residential apartments, but the hotel rooms are separated by an always locked door, which you would need a hotel key card to access. The room is a good size, and our view was of the financial building across the street, which wasn't so bad. At least no one could see us walk around in the nude. The breakfast was okay - it included the usual coffees, cappuccinos, cereal, fruit, etc. Ask one of the staff for a cappuccino because it's better than the machine they have. The concierge is also the bartender (they have a bar at the business center/lounge area). When we arrived, they had a bell hop who helped us to our room and showed us how to use the safe. Oddly, however, I never saw him again after that and we even stayed here for a few days. Strange. The room was clean. If you use the hairdryer, just be warned that it was weak. I kept thinking it was going to explode (it would smoke after a while). There's a string just hanging in the shower but I don't know what it does. I pulled it (maybe I shouldn't have) but nothing happened. The elevator is TINY. It fits four people with no luggage or two-three people with small carryons. If you don't like people in your personal space, take the stairs.

We were just here last week and stayed for 4 nights. At first i was bummed about how far it was and thought i would have liked a hotel closer to the Trevi or Spanish Steps. But as our stay progressed it turned out to be an excellent location. The buses stop right in front, the metro is about 3 blocks and the main Train Station, which we used, about 4 blocks. We even walked with our lugguge to the train station which saved us tons of money. The hotel is very cute, and cozy. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great, especially the capuccinos and lattes, yum (it is the same everyday). Bring your own blow dryer. Would definately stay here again and recommend this hotel. BTW there are plenty of nice restaurants, delis, gelato, etc. around the corner. And Pizza and snacks next door.
