Reviewed November 11, 2012

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in November this year, i was very satisfied by the service, the hotel facilities and the excellent cleanliness and by the accessibility to the monuments in the center. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is in a quiet area in easy reach of the city centre by foot in 15 minutes or by bus. Despite being on a road with government offices the street behind the hotel has a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain areas are about 10 minutes walk with plenty of restaurants as well.
The twin room was of sufficient size and comfortable after a hard days exploring in Rome but the bathroom was rather narrow. It was kept very clean and we experienced no problems. There is a handy safe in the room for passports etc.
The breakfast was buffet service which was the same each day and adequate, rather than spectacular.
Overall a good saty.

This quaint hotel is situated across from the Ministry of Finance in a nice area of Rome.
Frederika, at the front desk, was helpful and friendly and quite professional. We loved the tiny "lift" that went up the center of a beautiful marble circular stairway. Our room was clean and bright and very quiet. The bath was of decent size, and had beautiful tile work. A lovely free breakfast buffet was available every morning with fresh fruits, juices, pastries, cereal, eggs and bacon.
The hotel is within close walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the city bus.
We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Our room 431, was on front side of hotel, facing the Ministry of Finance and busy Via Venti Settembr...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we found this one a good base to explore Rome. A lot of the attractions are within walking distance but having said that the street itself is a quiet one.
Romina at the front desk was especially helpful with suggestions and advice.

Hotel Ranieri is a budget hotel it was very clean and the breakfast was better than average. Well attended and the breakfast attendants are very friendly. Front desk staff was o.k. Nothing outstanding. The location is not great you do have to walk a bit to fountain of Trevi and other attractions. Though it is around a 15-20 min walk to main train station. I would not recommend this if you have small children, due to the long walk to get there from mayor attractions, and front Desk personnel was not the most friendly as I said they are just ok.

We stayed at Ranieri Hotel for one night in march 2012 but i have to say for certain i'll come back
here.About the location of the hotel i just want to say that is the best, the end line of a lot of buses is
there so is very easy to reach every historic site in Rome. The rooms are small, but furnished with good taste and
very clean.
Trust me when i tell you, the prices are good and for the breakfast just one word : amazing !

This place was conveniently located within a short walk of the train station. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was amazingly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The feel of the hotel was great with its older elevator and marble stair case.
