After our bad experience from our previous hotel, we walked through nearby places to find a hotel - and we found this place.

The receptionist, Esther was very warm and welcoming. She made our stay comfortable. If we needed something, she immediately provides it for us- like the taxi to Colosseo and directions to certain places. The other staff were very nice as well, to mention, Amado, the person in charge during night shifts. The hotel has a perfect location - near the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, train station, near the stop to the hop on-hop off tourist bus, shopping district and restaurants. A good place to stay especially with friends and family. Our room was very clean and was very big for both of us. Location was also safe. We will definitely be back! ?

We had a 3rd floor room at the back of the apartment hotel. Very quiet and practical. A nice bedroom with a small lounge/2nd bedroom and little kitchen. We were told to ask for the 5th floor apartment next time as it sleeps 4 and has a balcony. The hotel is just off the busy Piazza Barberini close to loads of bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.

Room Tip: Ask for a top floor room with a balcony.

Travelling with family, we staying in the 2 roomed apartment, small functioning kitchen, large 1 bedroom, other room was the lounge where sofas converted into 2 beds. Perfect for me with 3 kids (15-21). Typical residence, you meet the concierge, pay get the key, private exit, help from the concierge if needed, computer we used a little. Air conditioning, we couldn't figure it out, someone came up and showed us how to. Great location, everything is within 10-15 mins walk away, metro is 2 mins, cute little places for breakfast, Spar market up the hill, handy for snacks/drinks, for kids. Very nicely furnished, comfortable, clean, bathroom was huge, beautifully kept, wonderful modern artwork in the common areas, safe location. For the location & price well worth it, much better than a pokey hotel room, across the street from the Bristol hotel if you fancy a drink in the evening. Would def stay again.

Spent four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The location of the apartments is excellent and the staff were very helpful. The view out of the room was to an inner courtyard which was quite claustrophobic and the kitchen was fairly basic.

The apartment was nice, not great. While we rented a "luxury apartment", I am not quite sure where the luxury was. The only real complaint was with the air conditioning, or lack of. It was just simply hot in the apartment, although one day I think it made it all the way up to warm. The area was not bad, but in hind sight, I think we would have stayed closer to the Roman Forum area.

Room Tip: Some of the photos on trip advisor show a terrace, we did not have one. If the pictures are correct...

Stayed for 2 nights. Good, safe location not far from tourist attractions. Around the corner from subway station and taxi stands. Decent pricing for a mini apartment instead of cramped hotel room. Would stay again.

A wonderful residence in probably the best location in Rome. For those that don't know a residence in Italy is like a serviced apartment not a hotel - so you get a bedroom, sitting room and kitchen or kitchenette with maid service each day but don't expect a restaurant on site or pools and so forth - I think one or two of the negative reviews here reflect a lack of understanding as to what the place is...

The rooms are clean and have nice views and the Penthouse especially has great views through 360 degrees, water is always hot, linen always clean and the decor might best be described as classic italian (a shabby chic) everything you need is in the rooms (I've stayed many times over the last 8 years and never found a room with no mirrors or places to put luggage as one reviewer suggested) and there are nice Bang Olufsen tv's etc and fast ethernet broadband in every room

The staff are very helpful and will look after cases for you, arrange transport, even do laundry etc like a hotel. You get a room key and front door key so you can come and go as you please at all hours though there is a night porter on duty if needed. The hotel is also a modern art gallery with some interesting and diverting pieces around.

Its situated close to all the touristy parts of Rome and there is a metro and a taxi rank opposite and a few doors up from the best coffee shop in Rome (Pepey's)

The rooms are no the cheapest available but not expensive by Rome standards and what you get is a suite with kitchen and a double sofa bed in the lounge so you could sleep a whole family in the one room rather than just a couple. For a romantic stay then the penthouse with twin patios for private sunbathing is ideal.

I've stayed in Rome many times including lovely hotels like the Westin and the Parco de Principei but this is the only place I always go back to now I've found it.
