Modern clean new and bit pricey but a stable non-stress hotel. Our room was very petite, even for Europe; though the big balcony with chair made up for it; Think of it as a sailboat bedroom ;-). Villa Borgia park in the back. I would recommend using it to get to Metro instead of Steps. Despite my criticism I'd recommend it.

We booked that hotel with Transat after recommendation of our travel agent. The hotel is totally acceptable for the price. Not necessarily the best but we got a nice and convenient room. The service is find and the breakfasts are various and good. The hotel is not very close to the Vatican but it is easily accessible by bus. You may also shop around by foot. Would go back there at any time.

Stayed one night alone on business. Extremely clean hotel. Fantastic bar and restaurant, the breakfast had a vast selection despite few people staying.

Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Will definitely stay again when in Rome.

Breakfast is excellent, staff friendly and accommodating, rooms and bathroom are of decent size and ours was very clean.
The location is very good and within a steps from Via Venetto a few blocks from the Spanish Steps.
Only critique is the evening shift of the front desk did not have too many recommendations for restaurants outside their immediate area

This was one of the best rooms for the value that I have stayed at in Europe. Great buffet breakfast with lots of variety, Spacious room and I was offered an upgrade for 15 dollars a nite for a mini suite. Very clean room, and the food at the bar was good as well. Close to many attractions like the Trevi Fountain,Plaza Espana, Villa Borghese. Great gelato along the way, great shopping on Via Veneto and great food near the hotel. I recommend this hotel highly and I will stay here again upon returning to Rome.

First impressions of this hotel are reasonably good, however the staff arn't really customer focused.

Good points:
-large rooms; dark, quiet. Great for sleep.
-Location good for walking to tourist attractions.

Bad Points:
-Bathroom still had previous guest body hair on toilet seat!
-Mini bar not re-stocked (which you need when you do not get any free water)
-Key card reset everyday, so on return from a long day you had to trail back down to reception to reactivate card.
-Bar service appalling, on each of the three occasions it was hard work to get anyone wanting to serve.
-No concierge
-Reception staff very slow and disorganised (at times quite rude).

If you stay here make sure you get a good deal.

We have stayed on a standard room. The decoration was modern with very nice colour combinations. The bathroom was very large and clean. The view from our room was on Borghese park. The breakfast was very good with a variety of many different and tastefull dishes. In all areas of the hotel you could connect with free wifi. The location was also very convenient, as it was only 5-7 minutes by feet from Piazza di Spagna.
I would definitely prefer to stay again!
