Stayed here with a large travel group, was easily the nicest hotel on our trip. Location is not ideal, but is just fine if you plan to use the metro since its near Termini, or if you plan to go to the Opera. Friendly staff, great room service. Have to get a new code each day to access their wifi.

This was a busy hotel in a noisy, but convenient area. Our room was on an "inside" corner, so we had a little hallway to our bathroom. This made the tiny room seem bigger. The room was clean. The internet was fine in our room, but awful if we tried to use it in the lobby. The rooftop bar was a good place for a group to gather and socialize. I have no complaints about this hotel, but I cannot say it was special. I would stay there again.

We liked this hotel, which is very busy with student tour groups and other travelers. It is near the train station. Shopping is good two blocks away on Via Cavour. The rooms vary from spacious to small, so ask for the most spacious available and you may get a small suite. The desk clerks and valet were polite and helpful.
Note that this hotel has only one computer with printer for the guests. The keyboard wasn't working properly when I tried it. Despite lack of amenities, the rooftop garden bar and helpful staff make this a good hotel to rent while in transit.

Room Tip: Ask for a large room with extra couch.

Very impressed with the hotel. Located by the main station terminal means easy to travel across Rome by metro, bus or the open top bus tours. The hotel is clean and well run. Staff were very helpful and were able to recommend two excellent restaurants, one of which the bell boy even took us to the front door. Free wifi was mostly working in and out of rooms. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for a continental option! Have to agree with the comments about the roof top bar terrace - it's the jewel in the crown of this hotel, no need to close at 6pm! All in all a very good hotel, well run, friendly staff and centrally located.

One positive Fabio on the front desk.

Now to the negatives: The rest of the noisy, rude staff on the front desk. The free wi-fi that doesn't work in the rooms and really slow in the lobby. The noisy air conditioning. The banging of the doors. The gaps around the door so you hear every word in from the corridor (when you have turned off the airconditioning). The price. The random opening hours of the roof top bar.

Okay, it has 4 terminals and a printer in the lobby and a decent enough gym ... but that is not good enough to justify the price.

My impressions about Bettoja Hotel Nord Nuova Hotel could be described with two words: very good!
The hotel is located close to the Termini Railway station and at walking distance to the main tourist routes and city's amenities.
This is a quite and stylish place with spacious, light and clean rooms. A safe is available there.
The bathroom is enough big too.
The service is on a good level.
The breakfast is typical for Italy: deliciousous sweets, nice cheese, ham, the coffee- machine makes good capuccino. You will not leave the reastaurant hungry.
The hotel's lobby is not too big, but it is cozy.
On the building' s roof is located a day bar (you can not reach it by ordinary lift, ask people on the reception about way up to there).
The wireless Internet connection is free, the signal is stable.
It seems Bettoja is managed and runned by professionals. The hotel deserves its three- stars rating: you get there comfort and calmness, without any compromises. It is good base for tourists and business travellers.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Bettoja' s staff for our nice stay!

Great location and good value for money
Yet an african american friend of mine and a girl wearing a hijab who were in my group were extremely offended by the very racist Maitre D who was there during breakfast (white jacket and bow tie and bad hair dye)
He refused to speak to them when asked for assistance and gave them dirty looks!
I would totally go back to this hotel if such a person didnt work there....
