This hotel was a delight. Large comfortable room, great rooftop restaurant/bar with panoramic views of Rome, and wonderfully helpful reception. The breakfast room was a visual delight. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is just across Rome Central Station, circa 5 minutes walk. The room is clean & spacious with free internet. Breakfast buffet have variety of choices, fresh fruits, fresh baked breads, cold cuts, cheese , bacon & eggs, cereals, etc. Nearby are restaurants, stores & metro station. The Coloseum is also walking distance from the hotel.

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is in a great location near Central Station and very handy to tour buses etc. The breakfast was very good but wasn't topped up very promptly as things ran out. The wifi was very hit and miss and you had to get a new code every day, which meant you had to go downstairs and pick up a new code before you could get on to the internet in the mornings, which was when it was most convenient to communicate with Australia. The air conditioning in our room was blowing air but we could not get the temperature below about 28 C. This made for very uncomfortable sleeping. We mentioned it to the person on the desk and they said they would look in to it but the second night was no improvement. We were travelling with friends and their room was much cooler. The room was very well appointed and the decor in the entire hotel was lovely.

Very good Location, 5min walk from Roma Termini; 3 Min walk for hop on hop off bus tour. I chose the hotel mainly because of location and it was worth it!

The breakfast was superb with very many choices

I checked-in in the night, but for the triple room, AC was not functioning well. Our room was change to a smaller room, where another bed was squeezed in. However the next day to compensate this hotel allowed us to check out at 530pm. Thanks to the Manager... Monika who was kind and compensated with extended time.

Good location, close to transport. Loved the free breakfast. Rooms were cleaned well. Staff speak English and are mostly helpful. Only thing for me was that the rooms smells of cigarette and that was a bit of a turn-off.

Nice, well run hotel very close to Termini (5 minute walk). Safe and pleasant location - many restaurants are one block parallel to Cavour. Excellent breakfast. Attractive, understated rooms. Helpful staff.

On my fifth trip to Rome but the first on my own, I decided to stay again. I last came here in 2005. The guys on the desk were so helpful as we're the breakfast staff. The wifi always worked and you get a ticket for the length of your stay, you just need to type in the same code, You don't need to get a ticket for each day!
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes.
The rooms are really clean, my bed was so comfortable and the air-con worked!
I have read many reviews regarding the Termini area and how dodgy it is. How ridiculous! I arrived at 6.30pm, walked to the colleseum and then got the metro back at 9.30 and walked to the hotel. I Felt fine walking around.Obviously you keep your things away from prying eyes but no more than a UK city.
I did notice that travelling on the metro is now 1 euro 50 cents, up 50 cents from Feb.
My coach was at 1.20 and they let me stay in my room until 1 which was brilliant. Would recommend to solo and families.
