Hi, have just returned yet again from Rome my favorite City.
Found this hotel after a search and reading the reviews, can only say they are all correct, from our check in ( 10.30 ) early, they took our luggage, offered to keep our other stuff in the safe, then directed us to the Trevie Fountain 45 meters away.
Returned at midday to our room...410 on the road, huge with walk in wardrobe, safe, big bathroom very modern 2 sinks/bidet recently renovated, mini bar....
Breakfast was as expected, cold meats, cereasl, tea/coffee and juices, boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon....on and on, anybody says no good never stayed here.
All the staff superb, very helpfull, both day and night.
Used the hotel Limo to Da Vinci airport at 8am, 50 euro well worth it BIG new Mercades Limo, took care of all our luggage.
Could go on but run out of compliments.
Returning in October for sure

Excellent Rooms (beds were comfy and bathroom was luxurious in all 3 of the rooms we had), Excellent Location (1 block walk to the Trevi fountain and some nice restaurants in the area, about 8 blocks to the Barberini Metro station), Excellent Breakfast (they had just about everything and it was delicious), Excellent Staff (everyone was extremely helpful and nice)!!! What more do you want? This was my favorite hotel on my family trip to London, Paris and Rome! When I return to Rome, I will definitely be staying here again!! I felt very safe walking outside late at night. There were a few late evening tours that we took that dropped people off at other hotels that were in some scary areas--NOT the case here. Only suggestion-earplugs for light sleepers (if you are not an early riser like me) since the trucks start their routes at about 4am.

Dear Madame,

Thank you very much for this important review. I am happy that you outlined the most important skills of our hotel. One of this, the central location, offers on the opposite side some little noises at night. Despite our double-glazed windows, it may occur that some light sleepers can hear little noises at night. We will definetely take into consideration your proposal for the earplugs. Usually our clients sleep without problems, but this could be a nice solution for those people who suffers of light sleep. Many thanks for your suggestion!
All the best, I hope to see you again soon in Rome!

Location: Great location - close to the Trevi Fountain (1 min walk) but on the quiet side so little noise from crowds. Easy to walk everywhere from here or catch a bus - bus station less than 5 mins walk. Shopping areas on Via del Condotti etc within walking distance.

Hotel: We had a room with a king size bed for us and a single for our teenage son and room size was OK. Bathroom was clean. Sheets were changed everyday. Breakfast was fine - eggs, toast, croissants, sliced meats, fruit, tea, coffee and the dining room was pleasant.

Internet available in the room (didn't try it) and one computer available in the lobby for a fee. Staff generally helpful - maid was very good despite our difficulties in communicating in Italian.

Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I returned 2 days ago from our wedding anniversary long weekend away. We stayed at the Delle Nazioni for 3 nights. I have to say it is by far the best hotel we have stayed in in europe. Most hotels rate themselves as being a 4 star, but this hotel certainly was. As you approach the hotel you are greeted by the friendliest and helpful bellboy / concierge. Who onced dropped our luggage in our beautiful room, proceeded to tell us of the places we must visit and how to get there. As we arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm, it was still early enough to go and explore what was around us. Was really pleased to find that the Trevi Fountain was litterally 1 minutes walk from the hotel. Even at that time of night it was buzzing, with people hanging out around the fountain, holding hands, eating gelato (icecream) and basicly chilling out.

The hotel is so central that you can walk litterally to all the famous site, although you will come home completely exhausted. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. The breakfast was a nice surprise with egg, bacon, cold meats cheeses, croissant, cakes, juices coffee and tea. Enough to last you till late into the afternoon. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We would definately love to come back to Rome as we thought that 2 days was not enough to see everything. We will return to the Delle Nazioni, as it is by far the best 4star hotel that rome has to offer. Thank you so much!

We recently spent three days in Rome after a week in Tuscany and were quite pleased with Hotel delle Nazione. The best feature is its central location down the block from the Trevi Fountain and within walking distance of Ancient Rome, the Storico Centro, and other tourist destinations. The service was very helpful and friendly. For example, when we checked in the porter noticed our air conditioning was not working and called the front desk to get us a new room. When none of the ATMs would give us cash to pay for our taxi to the airport on our way home, they issued us a cash advance for the taxi. Best of all was having air conditioning, which helped us recuperate after exhausting days in the heat and humidity and intense sunshine of the Roman summer.

One negative: although the breakfast was good enough -- pastries, some cheese and ham, fruit, eggs -- coffee was produced by machine with the only choices being American style coffee or pre-sweetened "cappucino." Given the high quality of espresso in Italy, that was a bit of a disappointment.

Dear Mr Cminny,

Thank you very much for your review, that has outlined how nice was your stay with us. Honestly, I have to say that I am happy when I read that everything has gone in the right way, but I am more than happy when I read that our Guests experienced some little problems, that were promptly solved by our staff. This is the case of the air conditioning, that unfortunately did not work properly in your first room, or the case of the cash in advance to let you pay your taxi.
As far as the breakfast is concerned, the aim of our machines is to let people have a coffee in a fast way. Nevertheless, our waiters in the breakfast room are always at our guests'disposal to have espressos or cappuccinos.
I do hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you soon again at the Delle Nazioni, and to offer you a good italian Espresso!
Many thanks again, from all of us.
