Very pleasing 3 night stay in a clean and spacious room with 2 comfy double beds. There is free wifi and a useful fridge in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly and buffet breakfast was excellent and the children were spoilt for choice. We had to check out early on our last day and a breakfast bag was provided by the hotel. We had a balcony but we could have done with a few more chairs (only 1 in the room) to collapse into after a day in Rome. The hotel is in the university area, busy in the day and quiet at night. 15 min walk from the Termini with children but close to the Metro line and 2 stops from the Termini. Metro is €1.50 pp for each journey but a multi day ticket saves money on multiple trips. The local area felt safe even when returning late at night. We would stay here again
