A super hotel which is very close to all main attractions. May cost more than many others but by the time you have paid for taxis or realised how much time you waste by staying further out, it is well worth it.
We could walk everywhere. Spanish steps, Trevi fountain just round the corner, which we often visited after dinner. Pantheon also just around the corner.Walked to Palace Borgese, Vatican, Piazza Navonna and more.

Very quiet hotel in the middle of the city. No traffic.
Perfect and would go there again.

We stayed here for two nights. They upgraded us to an executive room, which was very nice and had a great sitting area (it was very large). The bathroom and shower were great. The location was fantastic, very central, we walked everywhere. Our room was onto the piazza, which was nice and quiet. The bed was a bit hard, but not problematically so. Breakfast was very good. The staff were nice and helped us book taxis as necessary. Overall, the quality of the hotel was great. I would say this is a good value for the quality and the location.

A lovely hotel in the middle of the historic centre of Rome.Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Our room was spacious, attractively decorated, with a good shower/bathroom and TV.We had a fantastic view of the piazza from our room and were 5 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps and Piazza Navonna. (Security was high due to being next to the parliamentary buildings - small pockets of press and camera crew could be seen from our window on occassion - we enjoyed the atmosphere and it was in no way intrusive). We had great weather - t-shirts and jeans, eating outside until late in February!! Would definately go back and would choose this hotel again.

Room Tip: Ask for a front room with a view of the piazza. Lovely to look out on and exciting at times!!

Within the city center and walking distance to the go-to sites-- Pantheon, Trevi, Colosseum. I did sense upon check-in that they cater more to Business travelers than tourists. Maybe it was because I just previously stayed at a boutique hotel in Florence where they were so much friendlier. No one was rude, just a little more "matter- of fact" My room had very a nice view of Rome with the St. Peters in the distance. You definitely felt safe outside as you are right next door to Parliament and there is plenty of polizia. Breakfast was lovely. Anything you could want (meats, cheeses, breads, pastries) and the waitstaff were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

this hotel has a good location with a view over the parliament and within walking distance of many monuments, there was a great Gelato place behind it which was really good and a lot of restaurant around.

We came here for a weekend break and have been very happy with this hotel. The central location could not be better, next door to the parliament. The room was nice and not at all like the generic euro hotels you seem to find so much these days.
The public areas have genuine antique furniture befitting of the overall decor, giving the place a charm of it's own.
Breakfast is continental but good. The staff are the smartest dressed most polite and helpful bunch you could wish for.
Lovely place!

We stayed here for 8 days at the end of November 2013 and couldn't have been happier. Our 2nd floor Standard Double room overlooking the Piazza was not huge but very adequate, clean and well appointed. Appeared to be nicely remodeled with a huge bathroom and the best shower I've stood under in Europe. Noise was not really a factor as it is a pedestrian zone and the ubiquitous political malcontents protesting the Senate did so at reasonable hours. Quite civilized, actually, for Italian politics!

The front staff were always friendly and helpful regarding inquiries and reservations. The waitstaff, bartenders and bellboys were equally amicable and greetings and service were always hospitable. The breakfast was, in my opinion, sumptuous for Europe. Served in a large yet never full quiet dining area, breakfast consisted of a vast offering of pastries, juices, meats, cheeses, eggs, breads and fruits - it kept my wife and I going all day long on our sightseeing ventures. Highly recommended. Get a room with breakfast included, without a doubt.

All of old Rome is in a relatively small area and with this location, everything (including the Colosseum and The Vatican) is within walking distance if you are physically able. Super little streets (as well as main arteries such as Via del Corso) and piazzas filled with high-end shops and restaurants of every stripe dot the vicinity. Both the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain are but mere minutes away. Piazza Colonna with its famous column is just next door and an ancient Egyptian obelisk stands guard over your rooms. A most appealing part of Rome and very safe.

For the price and compared to other European capital cities such as London or Paris, this is truly a bargain both pricewise and for the perfect central location. We never heard or saw any complaining about dingy rooms or inadequate breakfasts so that must be a thing of the past. All was in top-notch form for a 4 Star hotel. We recommend it highly!

P.S. Trivia: Marlon Brando and Jean Paul Sartre were guests here. You can also check out the Hotel Nazionale via a DVD of "National Lampoon's European Vacation" - the Griswolds stayed here and the interior lobbies and exterior are featured in the 1985 film. If this was good enough for them, it was certainly good enough for me...!
